Based on the service, they close the location early and don't make sure to make it known. I placed an online order and I can't seem to get a refund anywhere on my receipt. We need a refund for our order. Its the night of 11/26. There was no warning or holiday warning of hour changes due to the holiday on the website nore google.

Worse place u can come to for food. They take for ever to take ur order and to give you your food. I came here for a simple corn dog and not not kidding u it took over a half hour for just a simple corndog never coming back to those one they need better service.

My husband and I placed an order totaling approximately $71, which was charged to my husband’s card. However, the order was brought out incomplete. When I showed proof of the transaction on my phone, your staff refused to acknowledge it. Instead, Ana Gomez, the employee who handled our order, came out with a rude tone from the beginning, argued repeatedly with my husband, and even took a photo of our license plate—threatening to report us for supposedly not paying, despite the fact that the charge had already gone through. When she finally called her manager, the only explanation given was that they were “on a new system.” This excuse did nothing to resolve the situation, and still no refund or solution was provided. We returned all of the food in good faith, yet were left with no meal for our family and $71 missing from our account. This entire ordeal was extremely stressful, unprofessional, and deeply upsetting to my family. The combination of being threatened, treated rudely, and left without food for our children caused significant emotional distress and inconvenience.

I wouldn’t exactly recommend this place…when buying a SONIC blast they put very little toppings on it that it was basically $7 for vanilla ice cream very disappointing and sad to admit that I’ve had same experiences at this specific location

It is a hit or miss with the drinks here. They completely overkill on the syrups at times. Food has always been on point, but just be sure to check that as well. They have forgotten some things at times.

Do not shop here this place is disgusting. I’m not talking about their food. I was trying to find my missing mother who was saying that she was on the way there who has been missing for over an hour and I went to call in and explained her characteristics to see if they could help me And let me know if they’ve seen her in the last hour. The girl didn’t speak A lick of English, and instead of trying to give it to someone else, who does she completely hung up on me and then continued to ignore my calls. I wasn’t able to get my question at least somewhat answered until I was able to talk to a manager. Even the manager was no help and who knows if he was even a manager. Please do not support this place. They have no morals, and not to mention. The food isn’t the best.

My friend was feeling heartbroken over a date she went on so I went and picked her up and went and got a sick large shake at Sonic. Absolutely delicious. And I seen all the young people working there and they were all friendly and always admire when young people are entering the workforce and doing their best to provide good service.

Terrible service definitely do not recommend this place at all.. order through drive through and when I pulled up to the window I was trying to add something on my order and was told by the guy no there is a line very rude they act like it was hard to do it employees are very rude and can tell they don’t want to be there at all will never be coming here again
