The gentlemen working today 3:00pm looks like manager, or should be because I’ve had nothing but great service here because of him. His effort to satisfy is above and beyond. I wish i got his name, he deserves a RAISE! Thank you sir!
Easy ice DOES NOT mean a cup half full of ice! The cup should only be about 1/4 full. Even regular ice doesn't mean a cup half full of ice. Regular ice shouldn't be more than 1/3 full. What a rip off!!! This Sonic location doesn't do the easy ice properly 9 times out of 10.
tbh i’ve always had good experiences at this sonic, but tonight was exceptional. the service was incredibly fast, and the staff was as polite as ever. definitely one of better sonics!
