Very nice Starbucks, especially compared to some Starbucks in the downtowns of other big cities. Kind and helpful staff who are fast and efficient with orders. Wait time is very short. The atmosphere is professional with the occasional homeless presence but still less than most big cities.

I ordered a lavender Creme frappuchino sub the milk with coconut milk as I'm lactose intolerant and as I write this I'm fighting for my life on the toilet these baristas need to pay more attention as some one with severe allergies could come in one day with a very specific drink and could be possibly harmed

I visited this yesterday 5/10/24 the greeter (male, dark hair...didnt get his name) was great. Patient and welcoming - as I am visiting Denver 1st time. I only got a black coffee - it was chilly. However, the atmosphere ..like a lot of Starbucks...did have un-housed persons...one man seemed very tired or drugged out. I returned today...5/11/24. The "greeter" (nor greeting was there). The female at register was pleasant. However, my mocha Frapp.was not made as it always is...in every Starbucks I've been to. She kindly fixed it. I sat and no sooner did I start to write...the un-housed person (older male man with white hair) came in. Certainly, it's a situation in every city. But then the man started hissing and calling at me...most likely to request a purchase. Not the experience I want on vacation...after walking all day ..trying to rest a bit. Every Starbucks is different. peace.
For me Starbucks has always been solid.
