I asked to use the restroom before my order was ready, and they wouldn't give me the code, claiming it was only for customers. Regardless, it's just to use the restroom, but even so, I was a customer and they didn't give me the code. Terrible service.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for over six years. It’s always been my go-to spot, I’ve had business meetings here, caught up with friends, and even finished my degree sitting at one of these tables. I’ve always loved the energy and the consistency, which is why this has been part of my daily routine for so long.
Lately though, the experience has changed. I’ve noticed a big difference in the way some staff handle customers, particular 'management' especially when it comes to simple customizations or questions about orders. Instead of the friendly, understanding service I’ve come to expect, I’ve been met with unnecessary attitude and dismissiveness. It’s been embarrassing and honestly disheartening, especially after being such a loyal customer for so many years.
I truly hope Starbucks takes a closer look at what’s happening in this location. It used to feel like a warm, welcoming part of my day, and I’d love to see it return to that.

I order from this Starbucks frequently since it is closest to my office. I always get prompted for a tip, and I usually forget about it or frankly, I just don’t care. Today, I ordered an Impossible sandwich, and someone drew a flower and said thanks. I immediately left a tip. Folks, if you want a tip, got to show some effort than just manning your positions.

My mom went to order our drinks while I ran to the bathroom. And I was SCOLDED for trying to use the bathroom without paying for something! I had to beg for the code because apparently their policy is that you may not use the bathroom under any circumstances until you’ve given them money.
The girl was also super nasty and hateful when I went to grab our drinks. I don’t know what their deal is- but all humans deserve to be treated respectfully. Including me.
There are many great baristas across stores but the team of this particular venue is very attentive and knowledgeable. Every time that I have I go to this place!
