This Starbucks has friendly service, but you guys really need to start playing different music. For a Starbucks on a college campus where people come to chill and study, it doesn't make sense to blast indie rock music. Makes it hard to focus and it's too loud to drown out with earbuds.

Renae is so kind, friendly, and always smiles. It brightens my day. All the staff at this location are friendly and helpful. I have never had any issues and I have been feeding my coffee addiction here for two years. This location is run very well. They manage rushes well, it is always clean, and it is great that the staff is primarily students. They are hard workers.

They manage rushes well, it is always clean, and it is great that the staff is primarily students. They are hard workers.
Usually this location is great but they’re awful about remakes. I understand sometimes mistakes happen and the order is wrong but when I’ve asked to have it corrected/remade they insist I don’t know what I’m talking about and that they actually made it correctly, as if I don’t know what my usual order looks or tastes like. I don’t know why it’s so difficult for the baristas here to just remake when they make a mistake, I’m not mad when it happens but it’s belittling and upsetting when they don’t bother to fix it. I don’t even ask anymore because I know it’ll be a whole argument and sometimes I don’t even get it remade after all the fuss.
