Starbucks Reviews
Not at all inviting. Could not use the “public” bathrooms. Service staff were not helpful. There was no inside seating. This location is clearly set up to take your money and push you out the door! Save your money for places that are appreciative of your business! Starbucks has certainly gone downhill and abandoned what made them popular, this store is the epitome of this abandonment. Clearly they want to distance themselves from their customers! Will not ever spend...read full review

Starbucks is a clean and minimalist store with friendly staff who are always smiling and eager to serve. The baristas at this location are incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming, ensuring that every visit is a pleasure. The menu offers a variety of non-coffee frappes, including the jasmine frappe with a subtle vanilla flavor. The establishment is known for its very friendly, competent, and efficient staff, who provide an extra level of service by recommending drinks and offering suggestions. It is a full-service, pickup-only location with a stand-up counter in a medium-sized foyer area, making it convenient for quick visits. While the inside has a sterile feel, outdoor seating options are available for those who prefer to sit outside. The store is located on 16th street mall across from the Sheraton and near the convention center, though parking can be difficult due to ongoing construction, requiring visitors to use paid parking spots or lots and walk to the store. Despite occasional long lines, staff manage busy times efficiently, and the coffee and pastries are of good quality. The ambiance inside is clean and good, though slightly pricey for the quality of coffee served. The management is approachable and wonderful, and staff show kindness and respect to all customers, even during busy periods. Some visitors have noted the need for better seating and found the entrance a bit hard to locate, but the overall experience remains positive.
