Workers are kind of rude and are constantly complaining or fighting hardly any seating

The staff is so nice and they gave us a great experience. It's a comfortable and cozy feeling restaurant.

My boyfriend purchased coffee for us then I got dehydrated and went back in and asked for water and the snotty blonde cat lady was like “tskkkkk you have to make a purchase for a cup of water.” I was so annoyed after waiting in line - I just left but now have to find somewhere else to buy water. Just ridiculous, it’s not like you’re poor, Starbucks.

There is no indoor seating, kind of rare or nonexistent in my experience, for a Starbucks. There are counters about 40” tall. Another reviewer suggested it’s to relieve their employees of the obligation to tell people who are not consuming Starbucks food or drink to move on. I wish there was a better solution for everyone. There is plenty of outdoor seating, but it’s dark and a bit chilly on the last day of November.

So whoever is working security this day needs to be addressed. And if it was the store calling security the partners need to be retrained. My husband rides his bike to work everyday. Today he decided to get some coffee, so locked his bike up on a patio chair and got in line. Soon after he was asked to leave by security, “to find someplace else for your bike and yourself to hangout”. He was baffled and just left.

Clean Starbucks with very friendly, competent, and efficient staff. No seating area just stand up counter tops in a medium sized foyer area

Parking: Much construction on 16th street makes parking very difficult. Need to park in the paid parking spots or lots. Have to walk to this Starbucks location

Visited the city from out of town, was looking forward to getting some work done in the heart of the city. Worst Starbucks location I’ve been to. Staff were fine but they don’t have any seating inside…I was so disappointed.

Bought a 4 dollar coffee and asked for the restroom door code and the guy said it's just for the employees. Never buying another Starbucks product.

This is why Starbucks is losing customers: no bathroom access for customers, no where to sit. I don’t care to hear about the homeless drug addicts. Get a security guard to take care of that…and provide the service/store environment your customers expect.

It was a great customer service experience, they had our coffees done with great timing, and one of our coffees had a crack and they fixed it with no issues. Thank you love your coffee

More expensive than other locations within close proximity, same items are roughly $1 more.
