I asked for straws and didn’t receive any for my frappes. Which made it very challenging to drink. Doing that after I paid 25 dollars and then also had the audacity to turn the tip screen to my face and I gave one, just to not receive straws is crazy work.

no one is ever here to work and when they are they aren’t at the damn starbucks. every time i come in whether it’s morning, mid day, or what - lights off no one shows up for work. when i ask they say their understaffed. soopers needs to actually hire people.

Addie was so rude in drive-thru. Most items on menu were out and I asked if she could recommend something instead and her response was, I don’t know what you like and most of our items are out.
