Addie was so rude in drive-thru. Most items on menu were out and I asked if she could recommend something instead and her response was, I don’t know what you like and most of our items are out.
Avoid this SB. Jus horrible.

On Christmas, I tipped them $30 cuz I know it sucks to work on Christmas. They proceeded to give me an iced chai that was only milk. This was not the first time they made this drink wrong. When I told them it was all milk they told me I was wrong. I asked them to remake it despite that, so they took the drink in the back for a minute then handed the same drink back to me, not remade, so I had to go to another Starbucks to get it remade. It’s safe to say this is the worst Starbucks in the city with the worst employees.

Probably the 5th time I’ve paid $6.50 for an iced chai and got basically just milk. If I wanted to pay $6 for milk I’d go to the grocery store. Find any other Starbucks.

These guys are amazing- I drove through with 12 drink orders because I couldn’t get parking and they got all the drinks out super quickly and they were all accurate.

I come to this Starbucks weekly and I love how fast they are and kind. But today the lady at the window named Briana was so disrespectful and rude. I needed to slide my card i don’t have tap and I asked her to help me , I could bearly reach the machine and she snapped at me and told me to just hold the machine The way she acted made me feel uncomfortable I honestly wanted to just drive off. Horrible customer service

Usually a really great service. Today I went through the drive thru because I made a last minute decision to grab a drink before class. Lady at the window seemed a bit confused that I wasn’t doing mobile order? Usually I do but it felt like by not doing a mobile order I was an inconvenience.
