We go to this Snooze about 2-3 times a month. The food is excellent, the staff is generally good, and Kevin the manager is awesome. It’s more than just a restaurant, it’s part of the community.
Had an unbelievably uncomfortable experience at Snooze on broadway today when the manager told it was company policy to not turn down the music when requested because of the "vibe" the corporation wanted, completely ignoring a needed disability accommodation. It was like telling someone in a wheelchair "handicapped stalls so fit our ambiance". We've had the ADA for over 40 years! It's not about your vibe! It's about accommodating customers to have an equally enjoyable experience....read full review
Overall Snooze is a fantastic place for breakfast/brunch! The food never disappoints! If you don’t get there before 8am be prepared to wait but even with a wait, the experience is well worth it! Highly recommend!
