My wife has taken to using the app to order ahead for orders. Other Starbucks locations ALWAYS have the order ready to go by the time I get there and I just tell them my wife's name at the speaker, drive to the window, they hand me her order, and I thank them and drive off. This location NEVER prepares the order ahead of time and I have to wait several minutes for them to make the drinks. Not that I have a ton of other important stuff to do mind you, but it's just...

Service is usually friendly just can't stand how often the walk up window is closed. It's like trying to get chic-fil-a on a Sunday lol. Wasted walk for sure, and I'm way to close to want drive and wait in the drive thru line
