Ladies were fast 💨 and friendly.
Restaurant and restrooms were clean and tidy.
So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and holla at a Playa. 👌🏾
Parking: Parking is usually terrible at this location.

Unfortunately, if a Starbucks doesn't have the Clover Vertica, I won't do Starbucks.
Be aware that this Starbucks does not except the coupons (offers) that you received on the app because they are not a corporate location.

This Starbucks is very prominently located at the corner of Colfax and Raleigh, in a new development just south of Sloan's Lake. It is right next door to the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. There is a very convenient parking lot just north of the building (enter off Raleigh). The interior is a bit smaller than it appears from the outside as the space is long and narrow with somewhat limited seating. It is mostly small tables, although one corner has two comfy chairs. There are also two nice patios with lots of seating, one facing the parking lot and one facing Raleigh.I was able to place an order on the Starbucks app without difficulty and it was ready sooner than promised. There were plenty of friendly staffers and the space was very neat and clean. Note that the front door facing Colfax is locked. You must enter from the parking lot at the rear of the building.

Not trying to leave yall a bad review but I need to get this off my chest, bc society is sick and lost, most people are raised horribly and not taught respect or how to be thoughtful, especially to people that don't necessarily deserve it weather because you'll never see them again or bc you don't particularly care about them, treat people how yall want to be treated, I tip yall everytime I come in , like 2 bucks, on top of the ridiculous cost for a coffee, I do that because even though I don't know yall I respect yall and I have some special requests that I would like considered when making my coffee, if you start making my coffee wrong literally right after I ordered it and start off right away making it wrong you should re do it, not because it's gonna taste horrible or I am gonna be able to tell but because I was considerate by tipping and it's just plain respect, I asked for half the pumps you put the full amount and then spilled it in the sink, really.... it's not a big deal but the ordasity and careless behavior is borderline narcissism. No one was in the shop, it was basically dead, and you couldn't just redo it... instead, you eyed out the extra amount and poured it in the sink and put water in the cup to I'm guessing, get more out... I tip yall, I don't know yall but I respect yall, you should've made the whole thing over, instead you cut corners being careless, and lied to my face when I asked, you are probably not gonna reflect on your bad choices with this review, I just want you to know you need to do better, be better, treat others with respect because there are evil people all over here, robberies on Christmas, someone got shot at the museum , cartels operating literally amoung us, we need to treat each other better, we need to fix society and something as little as what you did is a clear example of the sick society we are living in today, it's simple, someone pays for something they should get what they pay for, imagine it was your own family member , you would wanna make their order perfect, not because they are your family but be cause you respect them, again it wasn't a big deal, but it's sad how careless and inconsiderate someone can be, and you seem like the type to then point the finger back at me like I'm the one who's wrong, people that act like this is a cancer to society, I'm sorry I had to leave this review but I'm honestly getting sicker and sicker dealing with the amount of disgusting selfish narcissistic people in America today.... we need to be kinder to each other
Great

Ordered a chai latte with oat milk and they gave me a coffee with 2% ?
Beware of this place. Extremely poor professionalism. The large gentleman (I don’t know his name) who works the early morning shifts will cuss you out. The employees here also do not do their jobs. They take forever because they are playing on their phones and they do not know how to make coffee.
The old manager of this place had it running so well! It’s all gone down hill since he left.

Don’t use your Starbucks account here!!! “We aren’t actually a part of Starbucks we are a single location. You have to go somewhere else” They will listen to you talk about getting a gift card and items for a late Christmas then even watch me loading up my account to buy said gift card and items but then tell you you can’t buy a gift card with the money I just loaded on my account. Why would you let someone go through all that and pretty much waste money during the holidays. What a scam of a location and awful employees/customer service. Take your money elsewhere
