To put it nicely the food was garbage. The service was slow. The staff was rude. If zero stars was an option that's what they would have gotten.

Swift's on Colfax is a family-owned gem with delicious food and great service. The atmosphere has been improved, making it very welcoming. The hash browns are outstanding, perfect for breakfast. Prices are reasonable, and the breakfast burrito and omelette are a must-try. The diner offers perfect coffee and on-point green chili. The cinnamon rolls are a tempting treat. The staff is incredibly friendly, making the dining experience memorable. This place is a hidden gem, and the food smells yummy and tastes even better. The hash browns and eggs are amazing, and the pancakes and strawberry compote are the best ever had. They have vegetarian options and accommodate dietary restrictions. There is parking, a kid menu, and easy wheelchair accessibility. A highly recommended spot for a satisfying meal. The steak and eggs plate is the best on west Colfax. Portions are more than generous. The family who runs the place is so kind and makes everyone feel like family. Food still came out amazing and the service was spot on. The server has a great attitude and good personality.
