Absolute worst service. These people feel like they are entitled to a tip and mess up your order if you don’t tip them. They all served to be fired.

Guy preparing drinks and replenishing supplies had a full head of disheveled hair that he kept rubbing his hands through and then preparing drinks and stocking. It was definitely a turnoff and unsanitary. Pulling it back in a ponytail would’ve seemed like a perfect idea to me! Common sense? Regard for customers? Cleanliness? The tea and pumpkin bread were good though.

Customer service could use improvement…. I don’t go to Starbucks all the time, but my girlfriend loves it and she wanted to take me there on my birthday. She mentioned Starbucks is amazing and offers a free drink on your birthday. I usually don’t partake but I figured hey, I’ll try it out this time. Unfortunately, I was told by the barista that since I did not have the app for 6 months I didn’t qualify for a free drink. I get following company policies, but I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years and know good customer service and this lady missed the mark on it. My girlfriend and I probably won’t come back to this Starbucks and it’s unfortunate because she loves this place so much. I don’t blame the company but this store should coach this barista on better customer service.

Customer service is definitely lacking here! When you say thank you, you expect them to respond to you instead of just shutting the drive thru window. Used to come to this location a lot, but have stopped because the customer service is so bad.

Rude staff. I stopped to get a matcha and a pup cup but made the mistake of asking for the pup cup first. The person behind the register said that I must make a purchase first.
I already am gonna drop over $15 on a drink and a bite, and you MUST make sure you're not giving me a little cup of whipped cream for free?
Never stopping here again despite it being a convenient spot. Won't spend any more money on this franchise either. Disappointed.

I placed my order, came up the window and scanned my points bar code like I always do.
After scanning my points I said I’d like to use my points but by that time Machaela, had already charged me on my card on file without asking.
And she immediately face the tip option.
I said oh I would like to use my points please.
To then she yelled at me you have to tell me before you scan your phone!!! and I was just so confused with the attitude. But I was trying to explain that I scanned my points and they always ask me how I want to pay.
She kept interrupting me with such a rude attitude and gave me my coffee with the worst attitude saying “byeee”. I genuinely was confused and did not understand where the hostility was coming from.
I came in to try to have a conversation with the manager which apparently she is the manager.
And she was even more rude I had to start recording.
I have never experienced this type of treatment before. I am never coming back to this location as long as this manager is there.
Mind I have been coming to this location for the last two years because it is part of my commute.

The manager told me I had to buy something if I was going to stay and work. I had already purchased a coffee from a different Starbucks, but apparently that wasn't enough. Unfortunate mindless enforcement of corporate rules. Please use your brain next time.
Was in line a few minutes earlier than they opened and was told to drive around and get in the line again because they open at 5:30. With Starbucks being in the red financially I would think you would have taken my order considering. I won't be putting my money towards Starbuck's again.
Can’t seem to ever get an order right and inconsistent service hours.
