The manager told me I had to buy something if I was going to stay and work. I had already purchased a coffee from a different Starbucks, but apparently that wasn't enough. Unfortunate mindless enforcement of corporate rules. Please use your brain next time.

Was in line a few minutes earlier than they opened and was told to drive around and get in the line again because they open at 5:30. With Starbucks being in the red financially I would think you would have taken my order considering. I won't be putting my money towards Starbuck's again.

This is the absolute best Starbucks ever! All of the baristas are super friendly, but a special shoutout to Frankie and Callie. My drink is always made perfect, and they're super fast and friendly.

The baristas are fine but the blondie manager not so much. I ordered the exact same drink and order every single day and all of a sudden today I can’t do that anymore. It’s not allowed. And then you wanna argue with me about it after I get the same thing every single day. I started coming to this one because it was more convenient, but it looks like I’ll have to start going out of my way again on my way to work.

This is the most incompetently run Starbucks I have ever encountered in the country. Over the years you’ll show up to find a hand written note saying they’re closed bc of staffing issues. A few weeks ago I was in there and the WiFi wasn’t working. When I asked an employee, she said “ Yeah, the WiFi is really spotty in this store.” This is a Starbucks in central Denver, lol.
But wait. It gets better. This morning I walked in and asked for a coffee. The employee said “Unfortunately, we don’t have coffee this morning….our brew machine is broken. I walked out.
So in summary, if you want to visit the only Starbucks in the nation without reliable WiFi or coffee, this is the place!

Tried ordering a Venti 1/2 Decaf drip coffee. I was told "We can't do that, it would need to be an Americano" since when do you no longer do 1/2 regular drip coffee and 1/2 Decaf drip coffee? I think you can, you were just being lazy. It's fine though, I'll go to Ziggys down the street. Starbucks has really changed since COVID.

I went to the drive thru asked for a drink, my english is limited but I can comunicate clearly and carry my own business, anyways I got the wrong drink and I said its not what I asked then this chubby blonde with piercings ofered another drink with no cost wich was good for me then she handled the drink and rudelly said "next time speak better" I just though it was not necessary
