Okay, let me lay this out there for whoever has a minute or 2 to read it. It may or may not require context to understand the frustration. Soo it's 8:18 in the morning as I'm walking in to Kings. I immediately head over to Starbucks to get my morning coffee like everybody else. I get in line, along with 5 or 6 other people at the time (keep in mind a BIG TIME snow storm is falling outside. Everybody is obviously in a rush-- everybody seems limited on time-- everyone is in a hurry to get somewhere) ...aaand then WHAM! Everything fell apart fast from there. What in the world do you think the ONLY Starbucks Employee that was working, decided to do?? She tells everybody to kick rocks, because she "wants a break" ....ARE YOU KIDDING ME right now?!?? I thought it was a bad joke. I literally thought she was kidding. I had to look at my phone to make sure it wasn't April Fool's Day. Now... after most of the angry customers finished yelling, griping, complaining & cussing... I proceeded to ask how long until she returned, to which she replied, "I dunno, like 30 minutes" ? hmm... soo I went & finished my grocery shopping. And after that I went back to wait for them to re-open. It's now been 40+ MINUTES & counting. It's like 9:02am & she's still a no-show ?Now think that thru for a moment, please. Because my issue is NOT with people taking breaks @ work. In fact, I fully support people's hard-earned breaks.My issue is that Kings/Starbucks barely opened up 2 hrs ago And from what "I" know & based on "myy" experience in the food industry & retail-- customers come 1st! They may not always be right, but they certainly come 1st BEFORE anything else. She should have cleared out the line of customers. I guarantee she was trained that way. I guarantee the company policy says to do it that way. I guarantee her boss, nor King Soopers management will appreciate her choice either ?‍♂️

They should be more careful with the lids since this morning my husband and I stopped by for a coffee and the lid was not on properly and I received a severe burn on my hand. They should be kinder, more attentive, it also took a long time waiting and they were not to let them know that they were ready

Horrible service bad attitudes. Asked for a venti got a tall. Needs an attitude adjustment.

Worst service ever. There were no other customers and when I can up to order the staff acted like I was bothering them. Then, they messed up my order and blamed it on me. It was a simple drink and took them no more than a minute to remake, but both of the staff members continued to give me dirty looks. When the drink was done, the guy slid it over and said nothing to me. Such a shame that this stuff can’t be courteous to the customers

It is freezing in this location. When I mentioned it to the Barrista he said he couldn't change it. Literally on a cold day outside it was equally cold inside. Decent location to get work done even though it was in my winter coat. Quality of service and drinks - average. Music good and not too loud.

The boy was on the phone, he hadn't even realized he was standing in front of him. That's the least of it, it can happen to anyone, the bad thing was his bad-tempered manners, zero friendly.

Ruining coffee and tea on a daily basis, serving bastardized concoctions of diabetes or bitter tea. I'm sure the staff are great and work hard, but I hate this company.Features: COVID masks are optional in Denver so you should mask up if you want and leave people alone if they don't. Going forward you should mask up if you feel sick for the sake of others. It's about time this country adopted that practice anyway.

Most of the personnel at this Star Bucks are very nice, but one particular individual always goes out of her way to be rude to me and give me shoddy service. I'm a regular and visit this Star Bucks often but from now on I will go to the Star Bucks franchise right across the street where they are always happy to provide excellent customer service.

This is a great location. Always quick to get my order out and very friendly. I am not sure his name but there is an employee who has long hair and maybe is white or Latino. He is always very friendly, energetic and welcomes you in a positive way when you walk in.

I come in here all the time and I usually get slightly above average service. I go into this location bc it's close and inside a King Soopers so it's a convenient place to stop for a quick cup of coffee.I usually get a cafe latte but I also like black coffee. I usually get black coffee if it's really busy or if the barista is getting slammed w orders.I ordered a pikes place the other day trying to save some time for the barista and he began to brew some. After he brewed it for like 2 minutes I heard him say "whoops" kinda under his breath ?. Now I have a great sense of humor and I don't let small things get to me. Man let me tell y'all...I don't know what he did to the coffee but it tasted like charcoal ??.Next time I'm gonna order the most complex drink they got.
