Okay, let me lay this out there for whoever has a minute or 2 to read it. It may or may not require context to understand the frustration. Soo it's 8:18 in the morning as I'm walking in to Kings. I immediately head over to Starbucks to get my morning coffee like everybody else. I get in line, along with 5 or 6 other people at the time (keep in mind a BIG TIME snow storm is falling outside. They should be more careful with the lids since this morning my husband and I stopped by for a coffee and the lid was not on properly and I received a severe burn on my hand. They should be kinder, more attentive, it also took a long time waiting and they were not to let them know that they were ready

Worst service ever. There were no other customers and when I can up to order the staff acted like I was bothering them. Then, they messed up my order and blamed it on me. It was a simple drink and took them no more than a minute to remake, but both of the staff members continued to give me dirty looks. When the drink was done, the guy slid it over and said nothing to me. Such a shame that this stuff can’t be courteous to the customers
