This morning I ordered a grande Pike Place with classic syrup but they forgot the sweetener and then there were a bunch of grounds in the cup!! I had to drive to another location for a replacement coffee :(
I usually stop at this location on my way to work Monday through Thursday because I love the people here and I don't have to get out of my car, but yesterday and today I had some rather unpleasant experiences. My normal order is a Green Tea Frappuccino, vinti, no whip cream, something to eat (lately it's been a morning bun) and a cookie (which I save for later in the morning when I get a break) . Starbucks is known for its friendly baristas who make an effort to get to know customers. Despite occasional waits at the drive-thru, they keep guests entertained with conversation. The coffee is good, and the staff is kind. However, note that there is no WiFi available. The manager is always pleasant and polite, along with maybe two other baristas. Customers praise the staff's amazing service and the strong coffee. The sweetest people ever work here, and the manager knows regular customers by name, putting in effort to run the Starbucks. The staff is efficient and kind, providing excellent customer service.
