It seemed to be an inconvenience for Me to order a lavender Matcha a water and a cup. The woman rolled her eyes as if i was wasting her time. When I asked for a cup to purchase she said you can walk inside. I said I'm omw to work. She was super rude. She wasnt able to scan my starbucks code. Customer service was horrible!

Stopped by on a Sunday for a coffee and a cortado. Cortado was fine but the coffee was awful. Took me a while to figure why it tasted so watered down, and I bet it was a pot made with already extracted grounds. I.e. They didn't changed the grounds before brewing a pot. Inexcusable for an establishment that is solely there for coffee. Since they serve it to you boiling hot I didn't taste it until I was halfway home, by then too late to do anything about it. Except to avoid it next time, which is what I'll do. Oh and bad attitude is hit and miss. Some employees are cool, others really don't want to be there and it shows

This place has an icky vibe. employees are not the most upbeat. I was the only customer and the service was the worst. The coffee they made me tasted horrible, wasted $7 dollars. Don't waste your time coming to this Starbucks.

Ordered vanilla sweet cream light on the ice. Recieved with a full cup of ice. When I told her light on the she dumped some of the ice out and added expresso to compensated the overage of ice. Tasted disgusting. I'll never come to this location again. Horrible customer service.

Usually enjoy coming here but lately it's been crazy. There is a younger, very loud young man with a bit of a speech issue that works at that store . He is very annoying. He is chaotic and loud, when he calls out names he is very obnoxious and probably thinks he is funny but comes off as arrogant. Do not let him make your drinks, he is not very good at it. I ordered a very simple frappuchino ( java chip) and he forgot the mocha in it and I'm not sure what else was missing but it was a clumpy mess not the usual smooth drink I get. You can definitely see the difference in leadership between the morning and the afternoon people. When I come in the a.m they tend to have more mature women working and people that have been there for a while and it seems much more controlled. The afternoon is usually crazy, loud and service is slow and the drinks are awful especially on weekends. Won't be coming back for a while
