Normally this is my favorite Starbucks but now sense they started the holiday season they got seasonal workers who don't clean the Frappe machines the night before which causes the next shift the next day not to make any frappes. The workers in the evening such as Yuvi are extremely rude and smells like a cigarette when he walks around. I'm so beyond annoyed and irritated that I will less likely be returning to this location.

I did not get her name but as of 11/10 she had only been working there 3 weeks. This morning I went in and decided to get a caramel macchiato for the first time. I was asked if I wanted caramel on top or around the cup. I asked what she would recommend and I got a professional recommendation which I followed. The barista was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and made an amazing drink! I think I just found a new favorite!!

TIL Starbucks is pulling a fast one. Starbucks Coconutmilk is 90% NOT Coconut milk .....
it’s basically sugar water with emulsifiers and a little bit of coconut product.
Ingredients: Water, coconut cream, cane sugar, tricalcium phosphate, coconut water concentrate, natural flavors, sea salt, carrageenan, gellan gum, corn dextrin, xanthan gum, guar gum, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin d2.
Ingredients in most legit coconut milk: Coconut milk, water.
Now, in all fairness, Starbucks has to make sure the coconut milk consistency is very, well…consistent. Domesticated humans don’t like chunks of coconut fat floating in their lattes, so you have to do some doctoring—I get it.
But corn? Multiple gums? Carrageenan?
“Carrageenan predictably causes inflammation, which can lead to ulcerations and bleeding,” explains veteran carrageenan researcher Joanne Tobacman, MD, associate professor of clinical medicine at the University of Illinois School of Medicine at Chicago.
That’s not to say that everyone is going to start getting ulcers, but carrageenan is known to cause gut inflammation and digestive distress in many people. I’d rather do without it.
What’s also annoying is that they sweetened it. Thanks Starbucks—now, people who enjoy the taste of coconut milk in their drink can’t enjoy Starbucks coconut milk without also drinking sugar.

Ordered a tall cold brew with cold foam. Took one look and said that’s not right. It looked like a latte. I told the guy, “did you guys shake it? It doesn’t look right.” He said, “it settles to the bottom.” I should’ve just asked for my money back. It wasn’t what I ordered. It didn’t even taste good.
A little pricey but good coffee, if you drink coffee you already know
He's not here

My co-worker and I are lucky enough to come here every morning. I want to give a huge recognition and shout out to the baristas Kelsey and Randall. They go above and beyond to ensure our drinks are made correctly every time, and are happy to remake if needed. Kelsey asks about our other staff members, takes the time to write our names on the cup, and shows an exceptional level of genuine care and service. They brighten my morning and I appreciate the job they do.

This location is always aggressively understaffed with a high turnover rate. The guy who is currently working reminds me of Zack Galifianakis. I’ve never seen a slower barista in my life. It feels like I’m on a prank TV show every time I get in line. Please get these people some more help.

First time I'm not satisfied to my drink
This location at the Target on Hampden is sooo bad. They’ve messed up multiple orders, charged me instead of using my stars and the most resent is half filling my cup.
