I waited almost 20 minutes for a drink only to go up and ask what was taking so long and be told they didn’t have my order. When I told them what it was they said they were out of it. The guy that took my order was there watching me wait for my drink and said nothing the whole time. The one girl that helped me get my refund was sweet but the guy that took my order was not helpful or friendly.

You can’t ignore people after you lose a whole bunch of orders. People paid for drinks, you have to deal with their orders instead of helping everyone else working around the ignored people who paid?? I had thirty minutes before my flight and it’s a hot summer day so I figured I’d get a venti iced black tea. I ordered that and 6-7 minutes later got a hot tea. I said it was meant to be iced and they tell me it will take five minutes to ice it. Ten minutes later I am eyeing my phone realizing I’ll need to run to my gate and they hand me an iced black tea latte. I am lactose intolerant. I never ordered the milk. I had to say thank you, this is not what I ordered and hand it back before running to my flight. They seem very rushed which makes it a hard atmosphere to provide basic customer care.
