I waited almost 20 minutes for a drink only to go up and ask what was taking so long and be told they didn’t have my order. When I told them what it was they said they were out of it. The guy that took my order was there watching me wait for my drink and said nothing the whole time. The one girl that helped me get my refund was sweet but the guy that took my order was not helpful or friendly.

Don’t go here unless you have a mobile order. We stood next in line for about 15 minutes because apparently mobile orders have priority. When asked if they’re still taking orders multiple times, we were simply ignored by the employees. Worst Starbucks customer service I’ve

A nice and large Starbucks in the airport. Ample area to relax and get some work done while waiting for my plane.

I understand that prices are higher at airports, and so I didn't balk at the dollar more they charged me for my espresso than I typically pay at Starbucks. False advertising, however, I cannot stand for. The menu sign there at the counter "sold" my wife a grande pistachio latte for $4.55, but the charge was $7.40 on the receipt. When I questioned it, they told me they don't have control over the prices, and it costs more at the airport. I said "then you can't have the standard corporate sign at the airport". The manager was snotty about it and refused to refund me the overcharge. Again, airport tax I get; false advertising, not so much.

Got a Gingerbread Chai Oatmilk hot Latte while on layover. Was really good but be prepared for airport pricing. It was $8

Generic overpriced Starbucks coffee that didn't meet normal Starbucks standards. Cashiers were very pleasant though.

Pro-tip. Use mobile to order at least 10 minutes before you show up. Or be like me wait 22 minutes for a drip coffee. Hey Starbucks. This is an airport. People have places to be. Find a way to speed things up.

You can’t ignore people after you lose a whole bunch of orders. People paid for drinks, you have to deal with their orders instead of helping everyone else working around the ignored people who paid?? That was uncomfortable for us and you, and you are the ones who caused that. Good job ? That was a horrible experience, thanks for that!
