The brisket melts in your mouth, the ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender, and the sides taste just like homemade. Wanted to express how thankful my husband and I are for our caterer, Jamey! He contacted us right away with an estimate and provided an invoice for our request. He was accommodating in delivering to Hudson & even helped us set up! The food was delicious! We got the brisket, pulled pork, chicken, ribs, mac and cheese, beans, and corn bread!
