I love Stella's for the quality of the coffee, the different rooms, comfortable seating since the remodel, and the baristas are great. But it's bad enough you have to make a purchase to access their wifi for just 2 hours and now they don't even give a free refill on black coffee. I've worked at coffee shops for long enough to know that most of the batch brewed coffee gets tossed anyway so what exactly is the point of alienating customers with this greedy-ass policy? I just hope the owner isn't as stingy with paying their workers as they are with these other aspects of their business.

Amazing as always! Best coffee place in Denver. Massive sitting areas both inside & out. Encourages people to come and sit / stay. People studying quietly & those chatting and socializing. A place for all & the staff has always been kind. Definitely a coffee shop with personality. They have a wall of stickies / photos and they have some dedicated fans - you can read a few post cards from those that have travelled around the world but still want to show their love & appreciation for this coffee community. Best coffee - no bitterness, never too sweet. A beautiful balance that lets the coffee stand front stage.

The location is great and the employees are nice to work with. Drink and food prices are typical for a shop like this - a little higher than is conducive for regular visitation. The only complaint I have is the wifi system. They have one time access codes that expire after a few hours. While I understand this is to discourage having a free workspace for an unreasonable amount of time, it seems to be a bit less friendly. Overall, I would recommend Stella's.

Stella's is a Colorado Gem. I have enjoyed this place for over ten years, as a high school student, collage student, medical student and recently as a mom. Stella has gotten me through long study sessions, first dates, friend catch ups and mommy/son hangouts. I hope this place continues to thrive! My only small critique is the recent addition of the wifi strips. It has made the Stella experience slightly awkward. For instance, I often buy a couple of things but only get one strip. However if I buy them separately then I can get two. It just doesn't make sense. (that's the only reason the service is 4 stars and not 5)

This is no longer the coffee it used to be. It looks like an office. Definitely not a place to enjoy a coffee and a conversation. People are on Zoom, and on their laptops, there is even a printer. It is a remote coffee/ office.
