If you’re too frustrated to enjoy a beer because of a bs ordering system, that’s not the place to get a beer. Left before I got food, will not be back. I don’t care if it’s good management needs to get their shit together and just have servers take orders. It’s not that hard.

Cancelled our Uber eats order after sitting on it for an hour and a half.
In response to the below reply: like 6 drivers arrived, waited, and left waiting on the order to be fulfilled. It was on an Avs game night, and I'll often find online orders unavailable when I suspect the kitchen is slammed but the restaurant was available.
Ordered today for lunch and everything was solid as usual. Thanks for the response, amended review.

I’m a native of the neighborhood so I eat here a lot. The food is tasty and consistent; beware of having food delivered. I have noticed that when you pick up the kitchen pays more attention to details then when you have it doordashed; they tend to give you the leftovers and the messed up orders. For instance I ordered a cheeseburger with shoestring fries and got tots because they sold out. When dining in, I understand due to the transient nature of the area that they scan your credit card. Last night it took a long time to get a server so I ordered through the QR code and even added a 20% tip that the waitress didn’t even earn. When I left I noticed they charged me an extra $5.00. Please notice this was not a Pay-Per-View event and I was listening to an audiobook the entire time. At night it’s touch and go about the service so I not surprised about that and I do my best not to come on weekends because of this. However, the extra five dollars is deplorable.
Update: management fixed my issues within 24 hours and went above and beyond by calling and making sure I received my refund. I’m very satisfied.

Came in expecting average bar food but was shocked by the quality, being a Chicago native the hot Italian beef was on point. But the icing on the came was Pierre putting on the ECU game for me while it was packed . Will absolutely recommend stoneys and cant wait to come back.
