Great first visit to the distillery. Took the tour and Michael was fun and knowledgeable. Whiskey was tasty and ended up trying some more at the bar. Definitely worth giving American single malt a try, especially if you're a bourbon or scotch fan.
Who would have thought that a whisky and cheese pairing would be good? It was so decadent and paired perfectly. This was a special event with a highlight of truffle cheese. Kevin was very knowledgeable and we had a grand time with great stories. Can't wait to come back!
We did the tour and it was very informative but not boring. The tasting which is included was also good. After the tour we enjoyed a few drinks at the bar and they were really good. All staff were extremely nice even though we were late for the tour. Will be back!
