“Its a subway! The food was good, the atmosphere was Subway but the customer service needs a boost. No Greeting, No smiles just a what would you like. The person working first in line, preparing the bread and the initial order would have rather been anywhere but there. Just a Robot. Too bad because the sandwich was well made and tasty but she made you feel like you were at the Food-o-mat.“

“Put in a mobile order, and show up and only one person is running the entire place. I felt incredibly bad for this person, she did keep a smile on her face, was super friendly and still managed to keep what she could stocked and clean. It isn’t safe to have only one person working in the entire building.“

“Ordered online tonight which I’m usually super nervous to do with Subway because most of the time you don’t know how your sub is going to actually look 😂 (I find that it usually reflects how the sandwich maker feels that day 😂) HOWEVER I was very pleasantly surprised this time! “I live about an hour from denver. Today however the traffic had me driving almost two and this was after such a long and tiring day… I needed something to pick me up and o boy o boy is there nothing better than a large coke and a delicious Subway ™ cookie. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a smile and proceeded to receive quick and satisfactory service. My night is great now, thank you.“

“If Subway gave out Michelin stars, Michael would have at least two and a half. Not only did he listen to all my weird sandwich requests like a seasoned therapist, but he also served up good convo and even better vibes. I tipped him, but honestly, I left feeling like I got the reward. I know reviews don’t come with raises, but this man deserves a parade—or at least a promotion and a cookie. “Place a lunch order with a 12 inch chicken teriyaki & order 3 extra macadamia cookies however, I’ didn’t get those with my order, I don’t know if they forgot or if the driver forgot, not a huge deal but I did pay for something I didn’t get, I tried calling the store to double check but couldn’t get through to anyone“

“This SubWay's tips go to SubWay, not the employees. If you look for places to avoid tipping as much as possible like I do, this is one of the SubWays you shouldn't tip on; due to the employees not receiving the tips. You can ask them, and they'll tell you if they, or the corporation will receive the tips. Great food, open nearly 24 hours. Sometimes it'll be closed as they're restocking or something at like 2 am. But, they told me it'd only be for like 30 mins or so.“

“My friend and I went to this location a couple weeks ago. I tried the outlaw sandwich on the herbs and cheese bread, then we also tried the nachos with steak on it. It was really good, and the service was great. The food tasted really fresh and it’s much better than the 16th St. mall location, although that one is OK But it can just be a little too crowded. Services at that one is good though.“

“This location is one of the best locations I’ve been. The manager Devin and employee Amber is amazing. They get my order correct every time. They remember my order and who I am. Makes me feel welcomed. Bathrooms are always clean. And lobby is always taken care of. This is my go to location for lunch. Keep up the good work team. I’d definitely recommend this location.“

“The young men had a hard time waiting for instructions on how we wanted our sandwiches made. When a family came in, they seemed to get in a rush. The sandwiches turned out well, but I had to work to get them correct for us.

Parking: There's plenty of room in the parking lot. There's a sidewalk ramp up to the walkway.“

“As I went order the young lady came out of the back talking Bluetooth she came up to the counter stood there talking it she finished her conversation then proceeded to help me. I told her what I wanted and type of bread she looked at me and asked again what I wanted. her mind was not on her job and had I could careless Attitude.“

“This is the best subway I've ever been to. The veggies are fresh and they actually have wide selection of toppings and not just lettuce and tomatoes. The lettuce is vibrant and the spinach is fresh and not wilted. The bread had a load of cheese on it and was absolutely delicious. I have have loved the veggie patty since the 90's but few locations have it. This location does.
The staff are always super friendly and welcoming and the store is very clean.
I don't know if anyone will understand this but.... have you ever gotten food from a place and you KNOW the employees take pride in their job? This place is like that. You can just tell. The Toppings and fillings are even and not just crammed in there and your food is wrapped tight so it doesn't get sloppy. Matter of fact, my sub is always compressed enough and evenly (like a good sub is) so that when I eat it, it doesn't go all Nick Nolte on me.
No joke, I'd travel over 45 minutes to eat if if I had to. It's like that. I'd include pictures but, my daughter and I keep eating it all before we get a chance.“

“I’m guess the one that looked like a he was a manager was very friendly and welcoming with my wife, the kids and I. This location was very clean. The only thing that could help em improve is lowering the music a tad bit. But everything else was damn fine.“

“Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name. This is that place. The same staff has worked here for a very long time. They are all super happy and friendly and seem to know many people's names. Lots of regulars from the businesses around.“

“Stopped for lunch because the new restaurant isn't open yet and was pleasantly surprised. The tuna sub on Italian herbs and cheese bread was very good. The bread was soft and tasty and the tomatoes, lettuce and green peppers were all fresh. I liked the two cookies that came with it.

Service was fast and accurate and the server was personable. I felt welcome in the store. They have tables and booths with at least one handicapped spot.

There's plenty of parking available.“

“Christian is such an amazing employee! We stopped by not long ago after having a terrible experience at another Subway location. My son and I entered, I explained that I had a coupon & that I would be adding extras on the sub., & that it was ok for the extra fee, I asked him if he's able to prepare a custom sub,He said he is almost sure I can, and if not, he will make it work. He got my two subs exactly how I asked. The coupon didn't go through, but it's ok because I will be continuing to come to this location for the good service.

“I come in here once in a while and this time I decided to order three footlongs with a bunch of weird requests (cheese on the side for my dog, etc) and sandwich artist Malcolm hooked everything up just right and was patient and accommodated all of my weird asks. “The young lady who helped me was very nice and friendly. I could tell she had just finished mopping & the lobby was clean. I ordered the sub of the day combo. She closed right after I walked out and I appreciated that she was nice to me to the very last minute because some employees at other restaurants get rude if you happen to show up right before they close. “The subs are great a footlong 14$ and a 6 inch is 7 bucks depending on what you add to it.The food is very great for what it is,I recommend starting with a 6 inch mayo,ham,bacon lettuce and cheddar cheese sub and the subway has a bunch of other things things,footlong sidekicks the best being the churros,cookies,subs,sodas,chips,wraps and breakfast!The best footlong sidekick is the churro,stay away from the pretzel and stick to the cookie,foot long cookie and churro for desserts!
