First and last time eating there. Ordered online, steak and avocado from their health menu. Charged more for a 6 inch than I would normally pay but i thought it would be worth to have a steak and avocado sandwich. There is a fee strands of steak and no avocado even when it is listed on the receipt.

Went in as we were leaving Pridefest, bought a drink so my daughter could use the restroom. After we were rung up the young guy serving us said the restrooms were closed and said they are closing too. Mmmm Okay. The sign at the door said specifically for Pridefest, Sunday June 29th open until 6:00 PM. Another sign said bathrooms were for customers only. It was 5PM and we were customers.

Dude Michael needs a raise that guy kept his cool with all the craziness that was going on we needed 6 sandwiches and then a bunch of people came in and had attitude and he was calm cool and collected he made our sandwiches just right so yeah I give this guy props and we will be back soon😋😋😋😋😋😋

The hispanic looking dude working the front this morning 02/18/2025 tried to flat out lie and say they weren’t open at 8:30am. He Decided to make rude comments to me and mumble insults under his breath while making the order. Extremely unprofessional and childish.

Random review, but I stopped in seeking assistance as I was in a terrible position. The gentleman working was beyond amazing. Nowadays people are less than willing to be helpful but this dude was full of good, trustworthy & literally saved me that night. I did place a small order but he deserves praise. I believe he was shift manager or manager? Either way, you're a rock star dude. I wish I knew your name so I could really put you on blast. Thank you so much! Stay Golden.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went to meet a friend for lunch who works for the city and he was treated like garbage because he was in his uniform. Hispanic looking young dude behind the counter mugging us giving us dirty looks while making my food and then when he gives it to me doesn't say a word will not be coming back to this location!
Ordered new nacho steak with 2x everything it says. Almost no steak. And steak was cold. I went to counter and said steak was cold. And I didn’t think 15 bucks was worth it. Told me to give him my sandwich and dispute with my bank. Neither workers looked like they should be around food.

Parking: This subway is near the courthouse, there is no parking lot because of the location . There are meters around and other places to park. I would advise to anyone looking for parking to read the signs.

I've been to a million Subway locations but the employee here Johnny really makes this location stand out! You can tell he cares about the store and his job. Love that he recommends stuff like... "You want parmesan on your sub?" YES I DO, ARE YOU READING MY MIND?! ?
