Because the Boss as he directed to us doesn't have any customer service extremely rude to customers the tables weren't clean all sticky. When asked him to clean the table he even more rude saying he is the boss and don't have to do what anybody says and doesn't get your order right it's like we are rushed and asked us for a TIP at the end

I wouldn't gave out a star that's not well deserved. I went today and ordered the $5 nachos and this is what I got then the Chinese worker was rude to me never ever will I go back to that subway.

Employee should not have to work Saturday lunch alone, but he was pulling it off. $12 for a vegi sandwich is a lot(it's only $10 at other subways). The pickles, banana pep and jalapeño were way too strong with vinegar which means opened then left out too long. Bathroom was out of order and no napkins out. Reviews would have turned me around but assumed it would be on par with other Subways. With Subway going downhill the last 10 years you need to meet the minimum just to be palatable these days. Bread was off too and he didn't have time to toast it the full amount so really didn't eat the sandwich.

I did a pick up and I barely had a couple slivers of meat on my sandwich. The ma’am was very rude today and didn’t make it right. I wanna manage her to contact me.

I always order the #22 on my lunch break decided to come and get it. With an extra side of nacho cheese. I did a take order and as I got home excited to eat cause I was starving. Even gave him a tip.
There was no nacho cheese on my sandwich. And he gave me a side of cheddar cheese. I called him to let him know. He said he was sorry it was his first day and no one showed him where anything was, so mean for the co workers even the manager to leave him on his first day!. I understood because you should never leave someone in the food business by themselves . specially on there first day. I said it was okay.. overall the sandwich was good but I'll make sure to check my food from now on.

I apologize in advance for this essay, but it needs to be said.
My experience with this specific store has been horrendous.
I went in for lunch to get one 6 inch sub and one footlong sub with a drink and chips. Rather than the chips, I was charged for an extra foot long sandwich. I tried calling the store multiple times immediately after and got no response. I went back to the store a few days later with someone else being there. This gentleman was kind and offered to call his boss so that we could get this sorted out. The manager okayed getting a foot long on the house the next time I came in and saw him.
So a few days later, we went to get Subway for lunch again. I don't complain much, but this had to have been the worst customer service I've ever experienced. All he did was be defensive, rude, and berate me about how this was my fault. Did I get my foot long ?? No, of course not, because he didn't like the sandwich I chose - a turkey, bacon, avocado. I asked if he we could get chips and a drink instead, but continued on about how you can't do this and how he is in the right because he has been the manager there for 17 years, and no one else has. We asked for his name to call Subway, but of course he gave us the wrong name.
If you want to act this way over an extra $10, have it. But you do NOT treat people this way. I was there with 3 colleagues, so this location lost 3 loyal customers all because of this entitled manager who couldn't get off his high horse.

When you return your sandwich for the right one, he will yell at you and tell you not to order online again. What a joke. This guy is an embarrassment to any business. The worker was rude, dismissive and all around a jerk.

I asked for italian herbs and chesse I get wheat.. I meantion that looks like wheat to the sandwich artist he says no its herb and chesse so you employ people that lie to your patrons. Nice to know I'll find a different subway with a different owner

I know the guy was rushing but I was the last in line there's no reason for my sandwich to be this sloppy. The guy making it didn't bother to actually tuck the ingredients before folding the sandwich up and it has made the sauce go everywhere and the toppings are falling out and literally sideways. It's just disappointing.
