When I picked up my mobile order, both of my sandwiches were made poorly and incorrectly. The customer service was terrible, the guy was very confrontational and rude. Worst subway experience I’ve ever had.

We just went to it, we had two kids with us, kids where ordering, the lady was slicing meat and was in a rush to finish the order with a very bad attitude and a mean tune to our kids, she had classes on and looked aggravated for some reason, we cancelled the order and walked out. they had no other customers, bad experience for the kids

My family and I will never be back or spend another penny at Subway again, I understand that everything is expensive and prices have gone up on everything but seriously the amount of meat y'all put on a sandwich now is just pathetic I use to work for subway yeah mind you it was over a decade and a half ago but still I remember the get down of portions on a foot long verses a 6" and 1 boat of meat on 1 footlong is ridiculous. So after I worked all day and craved a sub to calm my hangry self and received and pathetic basically veggie sub you can say I was less than amused. NEVER AGAIN will I pay 40 bucks for 3 basically veggie subs. The male employee working could also use more training on customer service. Thanks Subway for the complete let down yet again and this time we won't be back

I usually come here all the time but seemed like the older guy behind the counter needed a break or time off, feel bad that he seemed stressed. I would definitely hope he feels better with whatever he is dealing with. Was a very uncomfortable to see someone suffering so much.

Came in at 9:30 to get dinner, the server making the sandwiches told the other worker to turn the open sign off because he was tired of people coming in. Felt completely unwelcomed and regret choosing this as my family’s dinner.

The store is so clean. The gentleman that made all of my sandwiches (4) did an amazing job. Will definitely be returning to this location.*Stay away* from the store off Mississippi and Havana. Dirty, roaches, uncleaned, untrained staff. Don't know what is running this location but NO THANKS.

I order 3 subs . My sub was supposed to be steak sub and I got a itialian sub which I couldn't eat due to allergic to onions. I also bought 12 pack or cookies didn't get the cookies. I tried to call for over a hour and no answer. I didn't have car so couldn't drive there. So next day I went in to store and a supervisor said there was nothing she could do to fix this . Not even a refund for cookies I didn't get. She seemed to not care so much about customer service . Told me manager would t be in till next day. . Still no resolve to any of it so I'm still out of $25 and won't go back. I understand mistakes and I've worked retail and food for years. But for company not to let customer know they out of something and offer to replace or refund it .. but this subway just decided to keep my money and not give me what I paid for
