Super bad service, I asked for a subway a little before arriving at the airport so as not to wait in line, when I arrived I still saw that they were preparing it, so I waited a little, when I went to claim it, I showed him my cell phone so he could see the number of order, and he handed it to me and saw the phone and made a NO sign. She didn't tell me why my sandwich wasn't there, so I talked to another girl and she said that the order had been canceled that I should order another one, but she also told me a little rudely and left, so I was left without my sandwich and I'm waiting for the money to be returned to my card.

Lady here was horrible, no compassion. Just got off a flight ears still funky & I didn't hear her ask about the bread options I say "sorry what?" GIVES ATTITUDE. Didn't even give the right kind of chicken or anything. No options everything was empty & it was only 6:30pm?! Horrible horrible horrible. Would rather not eat at all than come back to this place.

I don't usually eat Subway sandwiches but since it was a work lunch got a Subway Club 6inch sandwich without onions. We also got the Hotshot Italiano and a Ham sandwich. The server was nice as was the cashier. The place looked clean. The food is average. But then it disagreed with me and so my rating goes down. I don't think I'll eat here again even if it's a work lunch. Or I'll get a ham and Swiss sandwich if I had to. Something simple.

Hands down the worst subway/fast food experience of my life. 10 workers behind the counter and absolutely nothing getting done. Only 1 person actually working and they kept mixing up sandwiches.

The staff was actually quite friendly. You do pay airport prices though, so a basic footlong is like $15. They only had white or wheat bread. My biggest complaint is they don't offer complimentary water. I think that's a ridiculous policy. If you don't want to give it to non-customers, fine. But for customers that order a sandwich that costs twice as much as the federal minimum wage please reconsider.
