I ordered my food two hours early for them to cancel my order 10min before it was suppose to be ready... then i call the store 20 times and no 1 answers worst subway experience ever!
Super bad service, I asked for a subway a little before arriving at the airport so as not to wait in line, when I arrived I still saw that they were preparing it, so I waited a little, when I went to claim it, I showed him my cell phone so he could see the number of order, and he handed it to me and saw the phone and made a NO sign. She didn't tell me why my sandwich wasn't there, so I talked to another girl and she said that the order had been canceled that I should order another...read full review

Horrible Customer Service I asked for things to be placed on my sandwich a certain way and the laid lady told me it's all the same thing. Which is not the point. The point is I'm a paying customer asking for something to be done a certain way. Instead I have to get attitude.
