Went in here on my lunch break and got a foul sandwich in about the amount of time it would have taken me to order anywhere else. Service was SUPER fast, foul was fresh and deliciously spiced, bread was soft on the inside with a pleasantly crisp crust. I cannot speak highly enough of this place.
Searched for coffee shops and found this gem! More of a restaurant but you can get various coffees like espresso and sudanese coffee also. It's more patronized by Ethiopian natives so it's perfect. No flash. Very simple menu. But absolutely delicious. I was the only woman there for lunch but felt completely safe. All my questions answered; such a wonderful experience! I ordered the Foul (see picture). Getting the one with falafel next time! Definitely adding...
A friend and I decided to dine at this Cafe to enhance our ethnic Cuisine experience. I ordered the 1/2 & 1/2 accompanied with their fresh bread & fresh mango juice.My choice did not disappoint. The food was served hot, very tasty! I did order a 2nd 1/2 & 1/2 to go!! Yummy ?, my 1st experience eating Sudanese Cuisine.I would recommend this Cafe to anyone who is looking to enhance their taste palate.
