Extraordinary dining experience. Not only is the food superb, the music selections and the sound system are incomparable to any restaurant.

I found it quite underwhelming and did not have a great experience here. Food was generally good, but we were brought an undercooked chicken dish. We were told they would take it back to the kitchen to cook it through. The original chicken dish had 2 pieces of chicken. What we were brought back was one piece, about half the portion size. Given the price point of the restaurant, that dish should have been free given what transpired, but we were only compensated for a dessert. I won’t be coming back.

This was our first experience at a Frasca Hospitality Group restaurant and it was, overall, very pleasant! The food was delicious, service was attentive and fast, and the ambiance was exactly what you’d expect—funky (esp the music, couldn’t stop dancing in my seat lol) but elevated! We ordered 9 dishes: beef tartare, salt beets, scallops, and pork belly to start; I had the roast chicken and my partner ordered the pork loin with the potato pave and rolls as a side; and we finished with the honey cheesecake for dessert. The scallops were far and away our favorite, and my chicken was perfectly cooked and a solid portion size. Everything else was delicious too (but the scallops still won the day) however, my partner’s pork loin seemed overcooked and a bit bland as is, but the stewed apple (sauce?) overpowered anything that it touched… So we’d definitely avoid ordering that again. Also a general comment on the pricing—it’s all pretty high for the portions you get, with dishes average $20+ so our bill (along with a bottle of wine) was over $150/person (albeit, we were comfortably full, not overstuffed, at the end of dinner). My last note will be that the music was a bit too loud at our table, as I think there was a speaker right above us so we were having to yell a bit to hear one another. Altogether, a very positive experience and I’m excited to come back to try more of their extensive wine selection and listen to funky jams again!

Enjoyed a Valentine’s Dinner here and it was nothing short of impressive. Sunday Vinyl is a haven with an ambiance that is both sophisticated and inviting, with a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. It has a chic vibe, with warm lighting and tastefully curated vinyl records that set the mood. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and provided food and wine recommendations. We enjoyed the wine fligh and the food was fantastic - a couple of their first courses, salads, and main dishes. The rolls with perfectly-salted butter are a must-have! If you're looking to enjoy a sophisticated yet laid-back evening in a setting that celebrates the art of wine and music, highly recommend!

This place is pretty badass. Enjoyed the atmosphere, service, drinks, music, and overall experience.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian layout wasn't as cut and dry, but just ask for alternatives, and there's no shortage.

Sunday Vinyl is a fantastic vibe that offers a variety of menu options like oysters, various Wagyu options, jamon iberico, and a variety of sides. We had been to Sunday Vinyl before and for a Valentine’s Day celebration. When we returned, we found ourselves impressed by our server’s knowledge but somewhat lukewarm on the quality of food for the price we paid per dish/side.Our order included oysters, glazed pork belly, Sue Buxton scallops, potato pave, two gin martinis, and roasted turnips. The horseradish mignonette on the oysters had bold flavor but the texture of the oyster topping felt unfinished and tough. It wasn’t our favorite, but again, the flavor was bold and nuanced. The glazed pork belly came out with a crispy bottom that made the pork impossible to cut with a fork. The base crispiness kept the entire pork belly mass in tact and we ended up using forks to split the pork and that also wasn’t executed at a high level. The scallops and potato pave can’t be missed. Although I have some feelings about the price of the potato side (6 cubes of potato for $10), you have to understand the intensive process to make a pave in order to really appreciate it. The scallops were the dinner’s highlight - this is a well-rounded and excellently executed dish. Well done!Overall, Sunday Vinyl is a special restaurant with excellent staff and a menu that is sure to please most guests. If you’re a bit more price sensitive then I would suggest other options in Denver for you. But for a date night, anniversary, or special night out, Sunday Vinyl is a Denver gem that deserves a visit.

A bit overdue, but had a delicious dinner at Sunday Vinyl located in LoDo's Union Station. As part of the Frasca Hospitality Group which encompasses some pretty outstanding restaurants, Sunday Vinyl has its own unique "spin". Playing vinyl records while serving up thoughtful & comforting dishes they hit the mark on creating a memorable experience "of slowing down and connecting with... loved ones over great music, delicious wine and wonderful food."Pictured here:1. ROASTED POULET ROUGE2. KANPACHI CRUDO3. WAGYU BEEF TARTARE4. OCTOPUS5. JAMON IBERICO6. BUCKWHEAT MILKBREAD7. POTATO PAVE8. CHERRY GALETTE9. GAZPACHO SORBET My personal favorites were the Poulet Rouge, Buckwheat milkbread, Octopus, and Gazpacho sorbet. That chicken was one of the best things I've ever eaten. The skin was perfectly crispy and the poultry sauce it came in was to die for. 10/10 just for that dish alone. Chris was our server and he was AWESOME. He gave great recommendations for wine pairings that were all spot on. Cool, casual vibe. It's a fairly small space and the tables are a little close to one another, but very hip especially if you're a music lover. They typically select a vinyl record and play that through so you get a more immersive experience listening to an album through. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.
