We bought dinner from Sunflower's booth at the Cherry Creek Holiday Market. The food was excellent! The Varenyky, Golubtsi, and Kovbasky were all great, and the Split Pea soup was surprisingly excellent! It's great that Ukrainian cuisine is now available in Denver!
So yummy! Love the stuffed cabbage, Pork Belly Stew, and more. It's been a great seeing you all at the Golden Farmer's Market. Have to seek out some of the other food truck options to tide us over till next summer. Thanks for sharing a delicious glimpse at Ukrainian cuisine.
