As far as vegan chinese food in Denver goes, there isn’t much. This place is fantastic. I have asked a few times and gotten the same answer, the vegetarian menu is all vegan minus anything with egg noodles. Also the mock meats are gluten-free and the dishes can be gf if specified with gf soy sauce instead. My fave is the sesame chicken with tofu, the Vietnamese spring rolls and spicy edamame! AMAZING! Better when you dine in because the tofu is so crispy and perfect. Still great...
