My daughter and I came in from California and wanted breakfast. Not wanting a chain restaurant, we chose Sunny’s and we are so glad we did! The atmosphere is laid back and the food is amazing! The owner served us and she was very kind. Their homemade strawberry preserves are to die for.
My potatoes came slightly burned. I wasn’t too bothered by it, but our waitress noticed and brought me a new plate without me even asking. It was a really nice gesture and really appreciated. Thank you!
Sunny’s is a neighborhood staple and they’ve been feeding me for years. Some of the most hospitable service in the city and outstanding food. I love the skillet but you can’t go wrong. from the building to the people, this establishment feels so authentic to denver and I hope to see it around for years so come ❤️
