Second restaurant I'm visiting on my first trip to Colorado. As America's #1, undisputed breakfast enjoyer four years running, I truly think that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Moreover I think it's impossible to go wrong with Sunny's to start off one's day.

I stopped by Sunny’s today for brunch with my two kids. My daughter got a waffle with sausage on the side and my son got blueberry pancakes. They both were absolutely delicious and my kids didn’t even ask for syrup. The pancake had a delicious dollop of butter and my daughter got a waffle with lemon curd, cream and blueberry topping which was “awesome” in her words. I ordered the huevos rancheros and was not disappointed by the generous portion or the delicious pork chili....
