I live right by this place and it's the heeziest cheeziest
I have now been to So Damn Gouda 3 times. I live in Colorado Springs and every time I make a trekk there. Everyone who works there is not only knowledgeable, but also kind. They always make me and my husband laugh when we come in. We are trying to learn more about cheese in general and they are always so happy to answer our questions about cheese no matter how silly they are. They also always give great recommendations. A friend of mine recommended this place when I was planning a party. I loved that they use high end cheeses and meats and you can customize the board in some ways too. This will definitely be a savory board, and not full of filler stuff. The board looked great, the meats and cheeses were a hit, and we had more than we needed. I didn't care for the cheese balls, and I think the crackers could have been better, but overall it was great. They delivered right on time.
