An absolute must-try! The speakeasy vibe makes the experience unforgettable.
We arrived early for the pre-dinner experience, and it’s worth it.
Every piece of sushi was curated with so much love and passion. You can taste the care and craftsmanship in every bite.
The cocktails were incredible. We couldn’t stop ordering them! The service is top-notch, casual yet elevated, vibey, and filled with staff who are genuinely passionate about what they do.
100% recommend, just read their emails so you don’t miss a thing!

Honestly, the staff, food, and overall experience were some of the best I’ve ever had in Denver. I’ll definitely be coming back. Jeffery and his brother were incredible and created a birthday experience I’ll never forget. Whether it’s for an anniversary, a birthday, or just a night out, I can’t recommend this place enough. Hands down the best sushi I’ve ever had.

Such a fun and delicious experience here. I like that its not a tradional omakase where its quiet/reserved, the chefs produce great food and are personable!

Honestly 5 stars isn’t even enough. From the moment me and my girlfriend walked in for a celebration, this was not just one of the best “sushi” experiences we’ve ever had but one of the best DINING in general.
Host was super informative and accommodating, bartender made a heck of an old fashioned, canapé service left a memorable impression, and the 17 course omakase left any doubt I had about if it was worth it absolutely shattered.
Cannot recommend this place enough, definitely will be back.
(Bonus points for the speakeasy atmosphere, was unique)

For my fellow food (and anime) connoisseurs and those who seek true depths of flavor, please do yourself a favor and experience everything this place has to offer...
First, let's talk about the ambiance and genuine professionalism, kindness, and excellence of the staff. Starting from the first person you meet, ours was the GM Theo, you could tell he embodied attention to detail and was amazing to us.
We then got to meet the rest of the chefs, and let me tell you that you can feel the passion exuding from James, Gerson (I didn't quite get the spelling, sorry chef), Peter, and the Liquid chef Max. Have you ever felt, without words, that someone just made their favorite bite by just watching them place a fried garlic chip? Well, go there and you'll see what I mean.
James was kind, hilarious, and genuinely my brotha from anotha motha with meticulous cutting skills and attention to detail. We didn't get to talk to Peter much but he had some great stories about cheeseburgers and personally took care of the most mouth watering wagyu bone marrow, hats off to him. Gerson was the main chef and his flavors and what he had prepared for the menu can not be described with words, only photos and the hopes and dreams that these glorious pieces of fish, bone marrow, urchin, wagyu and rice will someday bless your taste palette and change your brain chemistry.
The flavors were extraordinary and true unique expressions of sushi that you simply do not expect. My wife's favorite, the cuttlefish, and mine was the eel. My god I've never expected eel to be so umami but effortlessly light at the same time.
I honestly cannot commend how astounding the experience was and truly the best dinner my wife and I have ever had and we thank you guys for making the best anniversary finisher as well (7 years!). Some of these dishes with forever live rent free in our brains and will not need a photo for us to remember them.
My wife describes it as a truly unique fine dining experience where you feel like you are being hosted by your friends. Luxurious, yet fun.
Peep the photos, enjoy food, and converse about some fine anime with these gents 👌

This is the type of meal we need more of in Denver. The service was very charming and the atmosphere was intimate yet never felt crowded. The omakase was innovative but never felt like it was taking attention away from the fish. My only minor quibble is the checkout / paying experience is awkward (kind of waiting in line to pay out the back door). Would easily rank this above the other top tier sushi spots in Denver if Omakase is your jam.

This place was amazing top to bottom. The space is very intimate and beautifully decorated. The service was impeccable. Every member of the staff is incredibly dedicated to providing world-class service and a unique and fun experience. Now on too the best part... the food. Every single course was crafted flawlessly and with so much for thought in to how all the flavors would compliment each other. If I could give more that 5 starts i would. We will definitely be back!

We’ve been trying a lot of different omakases out in Denver and this one has been our favorite thus far. Cozy environment, service is impeccable, and each dish is exquisitely curated.

By far and away the best omakase experience my wife and I have had in Denver. Each bite is meticulously curated and the sake pairing proved the perfect accompaniment. We’ll be back!

I originally had left a five star review based on our epic dining experience but unfortunately had to revise my original review due to the utter incompetence of this restaurant's back office. I rarely leave negative reviews, and as a 20+ year business owner myself, I understand the challenges of keeping any business running - let alone one as fickle and difficult as hospitality. However, these guys need to get their act together and perhaps this will get their attention - as well serve as a caution for future customers.
Long and the short of it is we were charged ~$130 or so extra for the optional caviar service, which we did not order (also charged for a beer we didn't have). If this was McDonald's and they charged me for fries I didn't order, I wouldn't give it a moment's thought - but this is a different story. I realize I should have paid more attention to the receipt at checkout, but with paperless POS systems like Toast, I think most people take it for granted the bill is accurate - especially at an establishment where the check ranges from $500 to over $800 per couple.
We reached out to the restaurant within a day or two of attending to alert them of the mistake and they acknowledged over email it would be resolved - that was 10 days ago. Software like Toast make this an extremely easy and fast process so that's not the issue - it's either staff ineptitude or indifference. I should mention the chefs and front-of-house staff are phenomenal... it's a real shame they can't get the rest of their house in order.

An absolutely incredible experience and one I will be thinking about for quite some time. The team took amazing care of us and every detail was incredible. Definitely show up early for some inventive bites and conversation with Chef Peter. When the omakase started, I was blown away with how inventive and delicious each dish was. The team was accommodating to my preference to avoid onions, which I really appreciated, making sure I was able to partake in each dish without missing out. The sake pairing really elevated the experience and Kelsey did a fantastic job explaining each sake in splendid detail to really make them come alive. I’ve had a lot of sushi over the years, but this entire experience was possibly one of the most delicious and one of my most favorite. Definitely already making plans to return.
