Dinner at Sushi Den is always a fabulous experience. Food is always excellent, the service is impeccable from the knowledge of the staff to the quality of service. One of my favorite restaurants in Denver, hands down. Be sure to make a reservation!

My second time to dine here and each time it opens at 5pm there are already many folks waiting outside to get in. The restaurant is large with many tables and booths and there are also many seats at the long sushi bar. Love the super fresh fish selections and the wait staff is excellent. I'll be back for sure.

I have been enjoying this exceptional Japanese sushi restaurant for 37 years, since they opened on S Peatl St. Sushi Den is a Michelin five star award recipient in Denver. It is truly one of the best restaurants in Colorado, and all of the USA!! If you are looking for the very best sushi in America plan ahead, make a reservation and give Sushi Den a try. You will not be disappointed. Everything is fresh and delicious. They fly their Seafood in directly from Japan and they have a local farm in Brighton where they grow all of their wonderful fresh produce for salads garnishes and to put in the sushi rolls. It's excellent and exceptional. Cheers!

we sat on patio on a beautiful fall day. that is a great area so recommend that in right weather. Service was great and so was the non alcoholic drinks. the food was amazing, What I found surprising is that for the quality, the price was really not higher than other high end sushi restaurants in town. this place is a great value
This place was worth going out of the way to experience. My expectations were high and they were met. Our waitress was extremely attentive and really explained what each item was or whatever we had questions with. Our reservation was for later at night and they were running out of options for the day as there was a limited amount of each item on the menu , always a good sign. Any of the lighlty grilled/seared sushi options were out of this world. Specifically, I am drooling thinking about coming back and having the Osaka Style Aburi Sockeye Salmon or Aburi Style (Seared) style options. Honestly a bill of $330 all said and done, to feed 3 people with world class sushi, in 2025, is really good.

It was a true experience. I've had sushi at different restaurants all over the world, but I've never experienced anything like we did last night. The service was superb, the waiter provided unique cultural and historical explanation and background for each sushi and even explained the best way to eat each piece. It felt very educational and the food was incredible. Would highly recommend to anyone who loves sushi and to trust the staff in choosing for you as we were taken on a real adventure. Thank you!
