My husband and I just went here for lunch and were very disappointed. The atmosphere is very appealing but the food was subpar at best. We ordered appetizers and entrees. The shumai, gyoza, shishito peppers, and salad were all average. Nothing special about any of them. The pork belly buns were dry and bland, could definitely use some sauce and seasoning. The entrees were awful! My husband ordered the chicken udon noodles and I ordered the chicken udon soup (which had a very offensive smell). Both were very bland and the noodles and vegetables were overcooked. I asked for chili oil or paste, they only have Sriracha. The soup only had four small slices of chicken. Our server walked out of the restaurant and another lady came to bring our check. She asked if we wanted boxes and I let her know the food was not good. I told her why? She apologized, laughed, and said she would let the cooks know. I told her we would not be returning. The check was $74, she did not offer any type of discount. I tipped $7 and told her I would normally have tipped $20. She just laughed and said, “sorry.”

Great sushi spot, if there was a 6 star option it woulda been selected. The Itamae, even addresses any roll questions in person from my own experience.Great place great prices my main destination for sushi near my house.

Food was pretty good, environment was nice. Our sushi rolls could have been wrapped tighter and the server could have been slightly more attentive, otherwise a good place to get sushi on a week day night.

They wouldn't let me order the "deluxe sashimi" without tuna; the waitress said it is mostly tuna, so they obviously use the high priced "deluxe" dish to get rid of their cheapest, lowest quality fish. The sashimi I got instead was mediocre quality, same as the service.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible.

Came here with my buddy on a Sunday night. We ordered the bao buns as appetizers. They were underwhelming to say the least. The bao bun felt microwaved as it was rubbery and not smooth or tender. Also the pieces of pork belly were very small. We ordered the one night in Vegas, spicy crunchy roll with octopus and the umi special. The rolls were all very good! Will be coming back.

Came here with family, Reyna was our server and she was excellent. Very knowledgeable about menu items and recommended the sweet potato rolls and they were delectable. Cheesecake was frozen solid, made it hard to eat but other than that we had a wonderful time!

Miso soup came out cold.Salad was small. The sashimi was so thick and not fresh, I hope I don’t get food poisoning. The rolls were okay.Wasabi wasn’t spicy and we were charged an extra dollar for extra wasabi.Never coming back ever again.

Waited almost 25 minutes for server to come to our table. Had to remind server about our drinks, plates, chopsticks, napkins, etc. server did try to make up for the lateness of our food and almost forgetting our drinks. I’ve worked in the food service industry over 20 years, I understand the circumstances and mistakes that occur, but it was a bit disappointing to wait so long in the beginning while our server passed by several times not even addressing our existence, then just standing around before even approaching our table. I could have raised hell, but I chose the highroad.

Nice place with really good sushi. We had their salmon mango roll, tofu roll, yellow tail jalapeno and a few others and they were so good! I had a Moscow mule which I loved as well. They have gluten free soy sauce which is so appreciated since not every sushi places carries it. The service and atmosphere were wonderful. Highly recommend!

I found this place on July 2nd and am here constantly now. Most weeks multiple times, but minimum one lunch special.Sometimes I go for lunch specials and back for dinner.Pictured are some of the different orders I placed. At times, the service can be a little slow, only due to the lack of staff that we find in all customer service places. I do not fault them for that, as it is hard to find good staff that will stick around. They are always polite. There could be one or two servers for the entire restaurant at times. They take care of customers as quickly as they can, and food is ALWAYS excellent, with beautiful presentation.I love that I can get Grape Ramune, with no dye.Try their desserts, too. You won't be disappointed. If you don't like sushi, try the hibachi meals. My husband loves the salmon hibachi meal.

Vegetarian options: There is a section of rolls that are vegetarian that are yummy.

Great atmosphere and service, highly recommend the Cowboy Roll. Tried the Triple Trouble and Umi Special roll, both had bones in the fish. Obviously fish have bones, but never had I encountered bones on sushi.
