We had asked what the best seller was and the answer was “You can get any flavor you want” we sampled the flavors, picked what we wanted and had it made into a milkshake. Honestly the milkshakes just tasted like milk, they lost all the flavor from the ice cream. This is very disappointing considering they are nearly $12 shakes. I would say the prices are way too high and the end product is disappointing. The environment inside was pretty drab, fairly dark and plain. I certainly will never be coming back. Pretty much everywhere else I’ve gone for a shake and ice cream has been cheaper, tasted better, and had friendlier staff.Parking: The limited street parking is always full as there are many businesses here. We had to park in an ally by dirty trash dumpsters and walk through potholes and mud approximately 300 yards around the block to the front of the business.

Cute location, both the shop and the surrounding area.employee was very rude and the ice cream was mediocre. Had the Madagascar vanilla bean, found it to be very basic store bought vanilla flavor. My partner had butter pecan and thought it was better. We were there a full hour before closing and the employee refused certain menu items and was very preoccupied with closing the store making us feel like an inconvenience.

Best ice cream in Colorado! They have about a dozen standing ice cream flavors and a few on rotation. Couldn’t recommend the stranahan’s whiskey brittle ice cream enough. Also, they can match unique flavors, such as laffy taffy, that will convince you the taste your enjoying isn’t even ice cream. Also this is the best date spot of any sweet action, especially during extreme weather, as the tables are far from the door in the back of the shop.

Had only 4 vegan options total, and considering the list of options the website says this location provides, im incredibly annoyed. Also, why would you not have your prepackaged sandwiches in store? Your associate told me you didn’t make vegan ones, did she mean didn’t have because they’re on your website.Super upset because my wife and I went out of our comfort zone to try something neither of us can normally eat and it was pretty ruined by the experience and false advertising through the website.

Extremely misleading tipping policy. They advertise being "tip free", but all that actually means is they add a non-optional 18% tip without telling you. That's just a hidden fee. If you're advertising no tips, then build the fair wages into your prices, not a hidden fee. We also thought the ice cream wasn't too great, and were a bit sad about there not being really any seating inside. The pictures show a bunch of really fun ice cream shakes and Sundays in nice glasswear, so we thought it would be a nice sit down milkshake bar kind of place, but it turned out to be just another grab and go place. Disappointing, and misleading advertising on multiple fronts.

Love Sweet Action and this location was easier to park late at night than the Broadway one. There’s different flavors at each one and this had fewer pints and sandwiches already prepared.I got the lemon cardamom. It was so good! There were pieces of lemon bars in them.

Friendly service, and inviting atmosphere. The flavors are interesting, unique and sweet! If you've got a sweet tooth this is the place for you. Unfortunately this icecream was just leaning a little too far on the sweet side for my liking.
