They did not verify the order name for my uber eats order and gave it to a random person. Then they refused to remake my order to give it to my uber eats driver. I paid for it and they are at fault for not verifying who they handed the food too. They should remake it but they refused. Now I lost $30 and am going to have to get lunch somewhere else. I can’t call and uber charged me for the meal. I am fuming.

I tried calling the Cherry Creek Denver Sweetgreen before posting here but there is no one to speak with or answering the phone. There was a long curly hair in my salad when I got home. I'm too tired and hungry to go back to the store. But this is gross and the sanitation of this location has gone down. There is not even a manager to call since no one answers the phone.

It's gross and not clean.

Food was very tasty. You order at the counter then take your order to a table to eat so there was no server/service, per se! It was an experience and I plan to go back to try some other offerings. Parking sucks! Be careful! I was on the pay to park app or so I thought and signed up accidentally for some movie streaming app that immediately charged me $39.99. My credit card company caught it a few times and gave me a number to call to get the charges stopped...but I had to keep my card locked because they keep trying to charge my card. That doesn't take away from the restaurant though, just a warning if you're trying to pay to park!

When I first arrived, I was slightly nervous, never having been to one before, but the employees were so kind and hospitilible and made me feel very welcome! The food was absolutely delicious! The entire place was well designed and extremely clean. I will be going back!

***WARNING*** This place is not worth it! Ordered online and asked for 2 dressings and got ZERO dressing! It was a pick up for my office and had to eat my salad with no dressing! Then there was a hole half avocado not even sliced! How do you mix that into your salad?? And the portion of chicken was minuscule for the price!! I tried calling but there is no prompt to talk to an actual person.
I will not be back and I will NOT recommend this place to anyone!! Horrible experience!

Our office often orders and requests Sweet Green. It is healthy and delicious. However, the operations are ridiculous. Once you hit 'order' on line, there is literally no way to get in touch with a person in the restaurant. Three times now, their delivery partner has delivered not at all or to the wrong place. Despite various efforts to contact both Sweet Green or their delivery partner, I am stuck with no food AND a bill for $75 for 3 salads. This is the issue. Somewhere mistakes are happening and Sweet Green is not willing to help remedy the situation AND not willing to issue a refund. Unless you are dining in the restaurant, I would NOT recommend the hassle of ordering and having a 20% chance of actually receiving your food with a 100% of still paying the bill.

So delicious!! I got a salad and asked for no tomatoes, the employee asked if I wanted anything else instead or more of one of the other ingredients! That's how it should be! Regardless of that though, it tasted fantastic!!
