Not like years ago. Empty at 830am. Food just ok. Bacon too tough. Potatoes ok. Eggs well done. Sorry it has fallen on tough times.

Ordered via DoorDash shortly after opening. Ordered the avocado toast, a side of chicken sausage, and a side of roasted veggies. The avocado toast was pretty decent! Came with a side of quinoa hash which was greasy and could have used a little more quinoa but the flavor was good. I did not receive the veggies but got cold stale tater tots instead, unfortunately the fried food I was trying to avoid by ordering veggies. Another disappointing part was the chicken sausage, for almost $5 there were only 3 very small links that were very dry and overcooked. They weren’t open for very long so I’m not sure why the sides weren’t very fresh. Overall though the food was good enough that I’ll try this place again to update this review! I’ll be ordering different items and perhaps not for delivery

Used to be my go-to place for weekend brunch in Denver without a reservation if I didn't want to wait to be seated. Consistently good food. Ample (paid) parking and obviously great area to walk around or shop in.

The food was good and you got a healthy portion. Service was not great, I’d called it decent. One of my person in my party had to ask three times for an orange juice that isn’t even freshly squeezed.

Best garden veggie omelette I’ve ever had! Also had a delicious white chocolate latte and the server was very sweet to deal with my complicated order. ☺️ Also, very generous servings! 10/10 recommend!

We tried Syrup for the first time today, and let’s just say the experience was more “sticky situation” than sweet.

We were seated quickly and the menu had plenty of options, which was promising. But then our waitress showed up, took our order, and apparently decided her shift was over. No coffee refills, no straws, no “how’s the food?”, not even a polite glance in our direction. The only time she reappeared was when she slid the bill onto the table like she was dropping off bad news.

Meanwhile, when we flagged down another staff member about a missing egg on a burger, he whisked the plate away, then triumphantly returned with… the original plate and a lonely fried egg on the side. His exact words: “Hope this will work and we don’t have to remake it.” Ah yes, the gold standard of customer service… hope.

As for the food, my skillet had so much oil it could have doubled as a dip for breadsticks. Inedible doesn’t even begin to cover it.

And the cherry on this sundae? The receipt. Along with the overpriced meal, they tacked on a mysterious “restaurant impact surcharge” and “kitchen staffing fee.” Cute trick, but if you’re going to nickel-and-dime customers with hidden charges, at least have the decency to warn us on the menu first.

Bottom line: Syrup was a flop—disappointing food, lackluster service, and surprise fees that make you feel like you’re funding their payroll. We won’t be back, and we definitely won’t be recommending it to anyone else.

Stumbled on this place as it was near our Airbnb. Amazing food, friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere. We especially liked that you could get lunch items for brrakfast and vice versa. We went back again the next day to try more.

Unfortunately, I was not impressed. There was an off-putting smell when we came in, but we had already paid for parking and my son was starving so we decided to stay. My son and I placed our order, A Benedict and pancakes. The food came out within minutes of ordering, which I thought was oddly fast. Upon getting started, the food was lukewarm, and I think may have been reheated in someway and not fresh. I was unable to finish However, my son enjoyed his pancakes just fine.
The service was so - so. We only saw our waiter when it was time to order and pay. We waited quite some time for the bill, granted they were just two people working and a couple others dining. So we waited patiently. No one inquired if we enjoyed our meal So I could not provide feedback. We unfortunately will not be dining here again.

Had the Cherry Creek Benny (corned beef hash) with loaded tots.
The loaded tots was super good an interesting, with some sort of cheesy bechamel mix on top, with green onions and jalapeno in there !

The corned beef hash was the disappointing part. It was dry thin strings, sometimes getting stuck in my throat. I think bigger, wetter bits or mashed corned beef may be interesting to explore, with some seasonings. Béchamel, eggs and muffin were fine.

Staff was nice and relaxed

The service was good and the place was clean. It was a bit down however. Not much for energy on a Friday morning.

I was very excited they had gluten and dairy-free options. However, the pancakes were okay but not great. For the double berry pancakes, they didn't have much berries.
