Fries were terrible, pork lion very dry, fruits salad not fresh. Pizza was marginal. Just go to better place after.

Denver Museum of Nature and Science
Convenience store, grab and go dining- style.
Hot and cold drinks, pizzas, pretzel (with all you want oooeey-gooeey cheese), cupcakes, salads, candies, chips,etc..
Adjoining the checkout are tables one can enjoy their food.
The dining area is at the atrium so it's very airy and bright.
I had coffee and a pizza slice, costing me a little over $8.
It was a nice surprise to find vegan options at this cute cafe in the Denver Science and Nature Museum. Their ramen bowl was really good, and they also offered a salad bar and fresh fruit.
Went back after 2 years and was so pleasantly surprised to find way more clearly labeled vegan items! Didn't look at everything but can share they had vegan broth and tofu at the make your own noodle bar place, jackfruit nuggets at the BBQ place, and the salad bar still looks like a good option.
It was okay food for a museum. I did not know they had burgers and BBQ on the other side, but we had pizza, salad, hot dogs and chips with drinks. We had a good seating area and the food area was clean and easy to follow when looking for plastic ware. Free refills on drinks. When we go back, we'll try their other options. Friendly staff.

At the museum today I decided to get myself an iced latte. I walked up and said hi, the person didn’t answer but gave me a dirty look. The person taking my order proceeded to mean mugged me the whole time. It was so bad that I was nervously laughing and had to ask if they were open. While giving me an even dirtier look she says yeah. The coffee was overpriced and not good. In the 10 years since I’ve been a member I’ve never had an experience like this. I’ll skip the cafe going forward.

Not wheelchair accessible, food was bland and seemed like it was made the day before and then microwaved. The pork ribs were so poorly done the they fell off the bone followed shortly by the bone almost melting in my fingers (it was so soft). Payed $13.50 for leftovers, overall will never eat at this trash restaurant again.

I might have to come back to the museum just for the pepperoni pizza, that stuff is divine for just $10 for two

I was surprised by this cafe; I'm used to the standard setup of generic foods like pizza and sliders and such at a museum eatery. However, the T Rex Cafe has a "choose your adventure" style World BBQ section where the food is made-to-order (for the most part... ask for fresh fries if that's your side) and pretty interesting in a very tasty way. I ordered the j*** pork loin sandwich and the meat was cut fresh right in front of me. The sauce choice runs the gamut from basic to "out-there", but if your
