“The only thing that I like about this place is the food. I've only been there in the mornings. I understand that there's problems and all that, but it's every time. They take forever to answer the speaker. I even banged on the window to get them to take my order. I only go there when I have time.

Marcela and Manuel have restored some hope for me with their actions. I wasn't given the correct change and I didn't notice, until, later on. After hours in traffic, I finally made it back to the store. I told Marcela about my situation. She didn't argue or second guess me. She told me to give her a minute. She talked to Manuel about it. They did their thing and figured everything out. Marcela gave me the correct change and I went on my way back into traffic.

“I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food, but the crew at this Taco Bell deserves a shoutout.

I almost always go inside to order (I like to pick out my own sauces), and every time, the staff is friendly, quick, and just on point. Even when it’s busy, they move fast and still manage to get the order right, every single time. That alone is rare.

What really stands out is how carefully they package the food. It’s honestly impressive. Crunchy tacos actually stay crunchy, nothing’s falling out of the shells, and everything is bagged like they’re making sure it survives a cross-country road trip. It’s that level of attention to detail that keeps me coming back.

One time, I brought my family from out of town here. Their local Taco Bell isn’t the best, so expectations were low. But this crew nailed it - fast, friendly, and the food was exactly right. Everyone was genuinely impressed.

If you’re in the area and craving Taco Bell, I definitely recommend stopping by this location. The service is great, the food is solid, and they really care about getting things right.“

“I went to this Taco Bell at midnight on a Friday night & the drive through line was super long, they were very busy. My order was very needy. Two build your own boxes, one with no lettuce, the other with lettuce, Baja blast no ice, extra nacho cheese for my nacho fries. I was very pleased to find out they didn’t mess anything up!! I know that sounds silly but I have had bad luck with Taco Bell recently so it was very nice for my order to be so precise when there was a lot of pressure on them being very busy. I really appreciate the hard work put in by the staff working this night. Thank you T Bell for not letting me down!“

“I visit this location 2-3 times a week and have to say this staff is hands down the best in Colorado. They are always friendly, and my order is always correct even with high order volumes all day long. Highly recommend a visit if you’re hungry.

I want to take a moment to recognize Taco Bell - East Colfax, because tonight’s experience was genuinely refreshing. I’ve avoided this location for years due to repeated issues like incorrect orders, missing items, and overall poor execution and even poorer service. And to be clear, my order is not complicated. That’s always been the frustrating part. Even a simple order has historically been done wrong, so having it come out accurate tonight was honestly a huge relief.

Kelly completely changed my experience. She was professional, efficient, kind, and calm, even with cars stacked up in the drive-thru. She made me feel like my business actually mattered. I don’t place large or high-dollar orders, and I probably didn’t make a dent in Taco Bell’s bottom line tonight, but Kelly treated me like a valued customer anyway, and that matters.

You can also tell she’s experienced. I asked how long she’s been with Taco Bell, and she mentioned around five years, which absolutely shows. She knows what she’s doing, runs things smoothly, and seems to genuinely enjoy her job. That kind of energy makes a difference when someone is happy and confident in their work, it carries through to the customer experience.

Credit to the rest of the team as well for getting the order right and keeping things moving. Because of Kelly and her team, I will be coming back to this location. She single-handedly changed my perception of it. Thank you for a great experience, it did not go unnoticed. 🌮👏“

“This location has gotten a lot better recently. I think there must have been a change in management or something. They have been getting my order right much more often and telling us when something is out of stock!

“This taco bell I went to wad pretty good if I'm on the right location on the maps. I recommend a 5 layer, make it fresco and grilled! It was like they really cooked everything together!! On top of that, and the whitest thing to say, but while Mexican staff didn't communicate word to word, it was clear they understood me and knew who I was before I showed them my pick-up order. They were just awesome, and the scenery is amazing! If you like eating in your car and watching movies with your lover, I recommend this spot for fast food!“

- light nacho cheese
- add black beans
- grilled

They didn’t miss a single step and they came out consistent and delicious!“

I stopped in for my usual craving—crunchy tacos with beef and chicken (hold the lettuce 😄) and a large Root Beer. Somehow my order ticket decided it wanted a vacation and didn’t go through correctly, but Leticia R. jumped right in, figured out the problem, and got everything fixed with a smile.

What made it even more impressive was that the team was also handling a grease spill from an older fryer at the same time. Instead of panicking, everyone jumped into action like a well-rehearsed pit crew—cleaning, helping customers, and keeping things running smoothly.

Great attitudes, great teamwork, and great customer service. My tacos were saved, nobody slipped, and I left happy. That’s a win in my book! 🌟🌮🥤

This taco bell is never open during regular hours. If they are open, they have some other reason to be upset. It may be an experiment to see how long they can last without selling a taco.“

“Honestly, I was surprised by how good this location was, especially considering some of the reviews. We ordered everything through the kiosk, the process was easy, and our food was ready in about five minutes. The order was correct, everything was hot and fresh, and the food tasted great. They even threw in an extra sauce packet, which is a small thing but definitely appreciated.

Yes, there are some homeless people around the area, but this is 16th Street in downtown Denver, so that’s really more about the neighborhood than this Taco Bell. It didn’t affect our experience inside at all.

For our visit, the service was fast, the food was excellent, and everything went exactly the way it should. Based on our experience, this place absolutely deserves five stars.“
