Always clean, friendly, and on time no matter how busy!!!! The two people who run this location on Fridays deserve a raise

I wouldn’t waste your time, money or any other personal resources that you have any respect for at this location…absolute joke of an operation, and has been for quite some time.

The woman at the window is amazing! Y’all need to give her a raise. She’s the reason why I come back each time even when the food is subpar.

Terrible experience (second time)

This is the second time I’ve come to this Taco Bell and they’ve given me the wrong order. Tonight, I asked the girl at the drive-thru multiple times if my order was correct, and she kept saying yes. When I got home, it turned out to be a completely different order, and several items were missing.

It already happened once before, but this time was the last straw. It’s clear there’s no attention to detail and no care for the customers. I’ll never come through this drive-thru at night again.

Disappointing that this location doesn’t open until 9am (only open 90 mins for breakfast). The times I’ve been I’ve gotten my food quickly and it’s been hot and fresh.

Every time I order a refresher they don’t ever add the fruit as advertised. And they close earlier than advertised.

I recently visited a Taco Bell and asked for the restroom code, but the associate only gave it to me in Spanish. When I explained that I didn’t speak Spanish and asked another employee for help, the second associate responded with a rude attitude, insisting the first employee had already informed me. Despite my efforts to clarify that I didn’t understand Spanish, the staff member was unhelpful and impolite. This experience was disappointing because clear communication and friendly service are important, especially in customer-facing roles. Providing restroom codes or other essential information in multiple languages or with patience ensures all customers feel welcome and respected. I hope Taco Bell can improve staff training on customer service and communication to avoid similar situations in the future.

You know how some Taco Bells are better than others? This is one of the good ones!

I simply ordered one taco which was typically edible. My problem was when my order came to $2.13, I was asked to “round up” which I agreed to. When I got to drive up window, I was told $3.00 - made sense, Where is my receipt that shows where my rounding up went? 87 cents isn’t much, but, was I scammed because they can’t ask for tips???? If it was a scam, someone needs to resolve this situation- if it’s for real, Kudos!

Went in to order and had cash to pay waited over 20 minutes before they even came up to the register to see what we were waiting for.

I watched 5 different doordashers sit and wait at the store until they cancelled and some other poor dasher had to sit and wait because they thought taco bell would fulfill the order. I tried calling the store but got no answer.
