This place used to be called tacos rapidos but now it's called Taco Star I'm not sure if it's the same but the one time I ate there as Taco Star it was okay but tacos rapidos was excellent

I have found what I've been looking for since I moved out here! This isn't texmex or green chili smothered Mexican food like you find everywhere in Colorado, this is yummy goodness, handheld burritos, rolled tacos, quesadillas, enchiladas, deep fried tacos, and so much more!

I meant to write this review a while ago because Tacos Rapidos deserves it! The carne asada fries are my absolute favorite. I can never get enough of them. I get a little nervous trying new things sometimes. I was hooked on the shrimp tacos and quesadilla for a while (so much that I can’t eat them anymore), But my strawberry churros?
