Walter is great, but the new menu is such a bummer. Won’t be back.

Food was good, service was on point. My complaint was that they didn’t take cash. Was told that they could accept cash, but I wouldn’t get change.
Also the one bathroom didn’t have a working faucet nor paper towels. This is against policy for a food establishment.

We used to come here regularly, but we were bummed to see that they removed almost everything off of the menu. The service and atmosphere was lovely as always, but there was only one burger remaining on the menu, and we were told that it was still the same quality as the burgers were prior to the switch up, but the burger was equivalent to a drive thru burger. I gobbled it down in a couple of bites. The bun was flat like a little fast food bun instead of the delicious buns they used to have, and there were no fresh toppings available. This is so sad because Tag used to have such incredible food! Sadly we won’t be coming back. If we want this style of burger, we will hit a drive through instead of paying high quality price for a low quality meal.

Change in menu is a total disappointment. You have 1 burger in the menu at a “burger bar”. And minimal other options! Also serves drinks in single use plastic cups and food in paper that is then thrown away. Why did you get rid of the Lady Gaga Burger? Terrible decisions made this place worse and definitely will not be back.

Echoing others recent comments. The food here is terrible, small and not tasty and there is only 2 options. Staff was friendly and nice. Wall ledges , ceiling fixtures where extremely dusty. Ordering at the counter for these prices - No. Troy Guard has ruined yet another local restaurant. What once was a fun neighborhood spot is now no better than McDonalds. Place was dead - No wonder.

This place has taken a dive. Very limited menu, everything served on paper. Prices are still plenty high, though.

Cool neighborhood burger joint with a lively evening bar. Good beer selection and craft cocktails. Food was solid. I had the smash burger with fries. All of it was delicious. Bartender was friendly and prompt.

Absolutely hands down, the worst burger I’ve ever had. I should’ve ordered from Burger King or something. The fries were raw and flour covered l. The bun disintegrated as I took my first bite. I ordered my burger dry with onion rings. No onion rings and the lettuce was rotten. Absolutely gross!

Stopped by here with my husband on a whim and everything was so phenomenal. Harrison was our waiter and he did a fantastic job being friendly, welcoming, and answered all our questions. The food was beyond amazing. The bacon was crispy, avocado was very fresh, burgers were cooked perfectly. It was just an entirely great experience and I would highly recommend this place to any burger lover!
