if you want to get served cold tamales then yeah go to La Casita cuz that's what they were trying to do today then had me waiting 20 minutes before they tell people all they got is cold tamales I drive 22 minutes to get down there and all I did was waste my time today if I wanted cold tamales I would ask for a cold tamales
I love the tamales from La Casita unfortunately this is the second time I have gotten tamales that were incorrect. We ordered 2 dozen green chile and cheese and ended up with red tamales. Wouldn't be so bad if I lived there but we live up on the western slope. Tamales are not cheap and when you do not get what you ordered it makes it even worse.
The smothered bean/chili burrito is very tasty with a nice kick in that chili ?️ ask for extra cheese smothered its delicious.
Parking: Parking can be tight but the restaurant isn’t large but just the right size for people coming and going takeouts are the easiest way to grab and get on down the road. Be prepared to park on the street sometimes.
