Tapas Sky Bar was a surprisingly great airport stop. I had a late breakfast (or early lunch?) with an espresso martini and everything hit the spot. Jamie G was awesome — super friendly and fast, despite how busy it was. The flatbread quesadilla and caprese salad were fresh and satisfying, and the drinks were strong, not watered down like a lot of airport bars. Yeah, it’s airport pricing, but for the quality and service, it felt worth it. Great spot to relax during a layover in Concourse C. Would absolutely come back.

Had the best experience at sky bar!! After flighting with the airlines and having an extensive layover in Denver, this place made everything better. Laura P was absolutely excellent. She attended to my every need and made me feel appreciated and important, even when the space was completely full. When I fly back through Denver again, I would definitely seek out this place, especially if she is working.

The guy working morning of 12/26 was awesome. They worked with southwest to get my credit card back after I forgot it at the bar. They were also nice and the spot was a good hangout while at the airport
Laura, the bartender, was incredible—professional, kind, and assertive in her direction to both the server and food prep staff. She truly stepped up to keep things running smoothly, demonstrating qualities that are absolutely manager-worthy. However, I was surprised to learn there was no manager on-site. While Laura handled the situation impressively, having a dedicated manager present is important to ensure a well-run operation. She made an impression even though I was just a to go order. Kudos to Laura for going above and beyond! Merry Christmas, Laura.
