Bartender refused to make a fairly common drink I asked for. If he didn't know what it was, he could have taken one minute to look it up. No apologies from him. Very corporate/chain restaurant feel to it. I find it interesting that the manager responds to positive reviews, but has no response or concern about negative ones.

If I could give this no stars I would. For starters the bartender was the most rude person I’ve ever encountered. It felt like it was an inconvenience for anything we would ask for. Then, everyone else revived their food except for myself. They made my food and brought it out, but again it felt like we were so inconvenient. I will never be going there again, and I will also never be recommending this place to anyone. Save yourself the trip and try somewhere else.

Stopped here for happy hour on a Friday (until 7) which has two for 1 beers and select appetizers for $7. We got the buffalo chicken egg rolls which were really good and also sat on the patio with the heat lamps. Tons of tvs and cool atmosphere. Right on Pearl Street so stellar location and either street parking or the garage. Good beer selection and worth a stop in the neighborhood!
Sat down at the bar with my father because Sushi Den next door was too long of a wait. Female bar tender with tattoos saw us sitting down and didn't even acknowledge us. Didn't ask if we wanted water, menus, no hello or welcome be right with you, nothing. We gave it a few more minutes and walked out. Not a very friendly or well run establishment. People were probably only there due to the spill over from the surrounding restaurants. Definitely not coming back to this place.

Delicious food: my pear, pecan, & Gorgonzola salad was one of the best I’ve ever had. Excellent draft beer selection and extremely enjoyable open air sidewalk seating options and a rooftop deck as well. Pleased with the overall experience.

Had the worse experience ever! We were at the upstairs bar on Sun, 9/29, watching the Broncos game and overall, the bartenders seemed to be more interested in joking and interacting with each other than taking care of the customers at the bar. Next and more specifically, there was the only female bartender with blonde hair and a Broncos hat that must have walked by me and my 2 friends close to 10 times without even looking our way. Then, I finally got her attention and asked her for a napkin and drink, she came back with a handful of paper, bathroom napkins rather than give me a normal cloth napkin that everyone in the bar had. I asked her if I could have a normal, cloth napkin and she gave me attitude, she was rude and didn't come back by us again. Looking at her eyes, we all could tell she was high as a kite. Worse experience at a bar I think I've ever had and will NOT go back. I hope a Manager and/or owner sees this and addresses this employee's incredibly poor customer service skills and working while on drugs.

Sat at bar and was served 1 drink in 2 hours. Bartender was absent. Wanted to leave but couldn't get a bill for another 30 minutes. Place was empty so don't understand why service was so bad. I think the bartender wanted to get fired. Because that's what I would do if my employee acted this way.
