We dined in at Tavernetta before and it was a decent experience. Remember having the carpaccio and I actually really liked it. Unfortunately our experience last night was not that good. Calamari, branzino, gnocchi, beautiful morels were significantly over cooked. Definitely good ingredients in the menu but execution and flavors are way far from to talk about Michelin. Thankfully the service was very good.

This review is long overdue for me. I work in hospitality and aspire to have their level of customer service and attention to detail. I work nearby and send many of my guests here. I am truthfully still annoyed that they did not receive a Michelin Star in this most recent review. Every time I come in here they make me feel so so special; that is the same feedback I hear from guests who report back to me about their experiences. I have spent my past 2 anniversaries here and will spend every one moving forward here. Y’all rock. Thank you.

If a restaurant cares enough to offer these, they care even more about their food. We've eaten here twice and will make a point to come back if ever in Denver. Please open one in Orange County, CA!
